Everything perfectly.awesome service. Thank you so much.

Good service online and in person

Great day at sea. Nice boat and equipment. Plenty of refreshments. Excellent captain and crew!

Easy and seamless rental

Great CS, friendly, quick and easy

We used Cool Key West to book two organized trips during our four day visit to the Keys. We went on the backcountry safari and the wind & wine sunset sail. Booking online was quick and easy and we received clear confirmation and day of instructions. The staff were friendly and attentive, the trips went off on time and were just as described in the write ups. The only thing left to chance was the weather. We felt the price/experience ratio was reasonable and would do them again.

It was really easy to pick up and drop off the cart. Vehicle was easy to operate and travelled the island well. Nice price to for the 5 hour rental.

Great service. We were picked up & dropped off at our resort. Informed of the history & places to visit in Key West.

Easy to work with. Courteous and professional!

Absolutely the best Condo, location and Property management firm...we have worked with in our visits to Key West. Highly recommend.

The driver and the tour guide were excellent
I highly recommend it

Even though the golf cart was great, every employee went encountered was better. They have hired exceptional staff.

We had a great time thanks to our golf cart rental. Easy online reservations and we even got a ride back to the ship after we dropped it off! Great service, nice clean cart.

They are the best golf cart business located in Key West because they have updated golf carts and are located within walking distance from the cruise ship seaport. I interacted with Joe and multiple other staff members, and they were all extremely professional.

Ease of placing order on line, pickup of the vehicle and the staff

The guys were friendly and very helpful. Got us on our way in no time. The golf cart ran like a champ, no problems. Will definitely use them again in the future.
