Fantastic

The team are lovely, postage was quick, website is easy to order from..

The crutch - it's just ok.... Haven't been able to use it out and about yet.

Dislocated my shoulder trying to adjust it to my height as the elephant clip was so hard to pull off..

Severely disappointed that the pattern is just a big sticker ( also has air bubbles in places ) also doesn't come with any spare print to put on the bottom of the stick - I usually leave my stick fully assembled at the correct height for day to day use.. so it's essentially 3/4 patterned with a big empty black pole at the bottom..

I already have a plain black crutch that cost me £16.99 so could've put my own sticker on it for under £30 - paid over £80 for this..

Gutted....

I bought a walking stick from you and after a year the foam has split on the handle after not using it a lot as it’s for best so disappointed , I am about to order another one and I can see no where where it can be fixed or if it can

it was great so quick to get my order and very pleased

Fantastic service and my new walking stick is just fabulous. It is super quality and does exactly what was described so I am over the moon. Customer service is just wonderful too so you can buy with confidence.

Amazing customer service! I bought a stick for my Mum so she could stop using her ugly NHS issued stick for a weekend away she has coming up. My original order was out of stock so I was looking a few extra days wait but because I was keen to have it before my Mum goes away, they rushed through having one made for me and it was here within 48 hours!
I’m so impressed with the service and the stick itself is great. My Mum is so pleased and it will make such a difference to her!

My new crutches are brilliant 🤩 I also ordered the stick safe ( which is so handy ) and the extra wide cuff bundle, the cuff covers are brilliant and makes using my crutches that bit more comfortable.

The communication at Cool Crutches is absolutely fantastic, I emailed them about my order and Charlotte was very quick to respond and she was friendly, polite and really helpful.

An Excellent company who sells excellent crutches and accessories.I’ve no hesitation in recommending Cool Crutches to anyone.

My daughter has hEDS (hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) and has been wanting a pair of Cool Crutches for a long time. I was having issues with the website, but the customer service was wonderful in helping me get my order through. If the crutches are half as great as their customer service person was then these are going to be absolutely brilliant! Thank you, Cool Crutches!!

I love cool crutches! Being in my 30s I want a walking stick that represents me and looks as non-clinical as possible. This is the second walking stick I have ordered and I love it. Easy to set to my hight and the don't click when you use them which is great!

My son is over the moon with his collapsible walking stick. It has taken him a long time to come to terms with the fact that he needs a mobility aid but having a modern, sleek and collapsible stick has really helped the situation. The fact that it is height adjustable was the icing on the the cake. He is over 6 foot so a short stick wouldn't have worked! The walking stick was delivered quickly and when we called customer services for some advice a lovely lady was on hand to assist. An excellent quality item. Thank you.

Cool Crutches are extremely comfortable, and at 5ft they fit me very well. It has taken some time to get going with them, and I really wish I had ordered them sooner, if you need crutches for some time it is worth getting others of different designs to go with outfits

I love the walking sticks so much I’ve bought 3 in a month, so glad I discovered them.
So much more comfy and better made than my old ones.
Service is really good and they will also take your old ones, recondition them and give to charity.
I plan to buy more when I can afford them.

I own 2 crutches from Cool Crutches (including wedding ones!) and really love them. I get so many comments from people around me ("this is what crutches should look like! Such a cool accessory"). I also love and fully support the company, what they stand for and -most importantly- the fact it has been built by and for someone with a disability herself (and her mom). Meaning: she/they know(s) what they're talking about!

Ordered a set of crutches following a search for lightweight aids that looked great! Unfortunately very disappointed. Used yesterday for first time and qualify doesn’t reflect the price even with sale discount! I have also been left with a bruised forearm as the cuff folds back and has caused my forearm to get trapped! Very disappointed!

I've got a range of sticks from cool crutches, using them for a number of years, and can't recommend them enough. They are super supportive, comfortable and high quality, as well as having the ability to choose your own design which is great. They've enabled me to gain confidence and also enjoy using mobility aids without any discomfort, always receiving compliments from others about how nice they look. They have also built such a positive community raising awareness and support for disabilities and conditions. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I love my crutches! I have a walking stick too. They make me feel very safe because they’re really strong mobility aids but the moulded grip makes all the difference too. The neoprene grip cover is great especially in the winter! Thank you

I have 3 walking sticks from cool crutches and they are absolutely amazing!! The way they feel in my hand is so much more comfortable than regular walking sticks and they are so supportive with no clicking or racketing noises! The designs are beautiful and they really make me feel more confident as a younger walking aid user! I also love how much they truly care about the disabled community and how much awareness they raise for us! Cool Crutches are just the best!!

I have used cool crutches for many years, and they have been my one consistent as far as mobility aids go. They look stunning, they are so comfortable. They are incomparable to any other brand. I would never consider using any other crutch or walking stick. The aids from cool crutches, the founders, the owners, every single individual within that business goes above and beyond to not only deliver such a fantastic product but to make sure their customers have an amazing experience! I have used cool crutches since approximately 2019. I have no complaints, no quarrels. Only positive feedback to give this brand and its staff! Thank you so much to cool crutches, to all of their staff and to the founders of the product for making something which is is a mobility aid, not just something to try and help you balance when you walk, but something which delivers what you need every single day, day in day out and with substantial amounts of style and elegance
