COOLCRUTCHES Anmeldelser

I had already purchased one walking stick and decided to treat myself to a Silver Glitter Stick, unfortunately, it developed a problem so I contacted Customer Service and without any fuss they agreed to replace it and make arrangements for faulty one to be collected from my home, this was all done within 7 days. Thank you, brilliant product and after sales service, 10/10!

Please please don’t buy one of these, filter the reviews and look at the one star reviews and they seem to be the same issue! Firstly it is extremely hard to adjust the height and take the clip off, the cuff of the crutch causes horrible bruising, which has never happened in all the years using a standard crutch, I contacted the company and their solution was for me to buy the padding the sell at nearly £28! I shouldn’t have to do this, the pattern is a cheap sticker suck on, it won’t last and when you extend the crutch it just black at the bottom with no pattern. So over priced and not fit for purpose and customer service is appalling, they are just money grabbers and preying on vulnerable people

Arrived very quickly. Very impressed with the crutches, well made, love the accessories and love the purple colour. Nothing to dislike.😊😊

They're great thank you.
The covers are comfortable but do slip off occasionally.

Thank-you

Brilliant service. I received my stick in under 24 hours from ordering.
Customer service was also excellent, with emails being answered in moments.
And i now have a stylish stick that is comfortable to hold.

Second purchase. Now have matching crutch and stick.
I’m now fully kitted up for how ever I feel on the day.
Also loving the light and the bendy stick hook.
Great customer service and quick dispatch.
Fab company , wouldn’t buy anywhere else’s.🥰

I do love it and the pink makes it super out of the ordinary

Fab website with so many gorgeous sticks delivered really quick thank you.

I’m happy with the product a bit late on delivery and could do on packaging I ordered a touch but the packaging was not good as the box inside was very squished up so it could have broken the touch.

This company is an absolute god send their products and accessories are second to none, their customer service and communication is excellent It's just fantastic and no question is impossible for them to answer.

Great crutches & very comfortable; I think my walking has improved due to their comfort I have pushed myself further

While the product is attractive, it is not made to last. The ferrules do not ever last as long as they should and given the price point, you would hope they would be more effective. I found my stick slipping from under me within a few months. Also, this company promotes and collaborates with content creators pushing harmful misinformation on the disabled community. They cherry pick information to support a narrative without giving a well rounded picture with all of the facts. It is dangerous and I do not trust them.

Arrived really quickly. Look fantastic and looking forward to using them

When my orthopaedic consultant advised me to use a stick, I searched online to see what was available. I liked the range of colours and designs offered by Cool Crutches and decided a collapsible stick in stylish blue was the one for me. I liked the clever and bendy Stick Safe which allows me to stop the stick clattering to the ground by attaching it to a table or shelf. Mind you, it has to be wrapped tightly around the pole because one has slipped down and fallen off. Friends have admired the stick's style and clever design. I found the handle uncomfortable at first, but Cool Crutches quickly sorted me out by posting me a soft cover for the handle which fits very snugly.

Beautiful stick
I love my new stick in beautiful colours. Bought the little light attachment and it is absolutely fabulous and easier to walk in dark places. The comfy grip is super. I must be honest, I am not a fan of the rubbery loop though, had preferred a woven one.
It’s easier to walk with the new stick, I only always had Third party sticks and they didn’t suit me.

Clips to adjust the length of the crutches keep popping out and are too dangerous for me to use in case I fall. Shame as they look great but I can’t risk using them.

Easy to buy, delivered promptly!

Great friendly service as always. I have recently started to use 2 crutches instead of one, so wanted another one to make a matching pair. It was very straightforward as a record from a few years back had been kept, so they knew exactly which design I had purchased previously. Thank you.

2nd time ordering from here. Different hand. Good quality, fast delivery.
