A couple of summers ago we noticed some CoolCabanas on the beach and thought it looked like a great alternative to regular beach umbrellas. A couple of months later we ordered three CoolCabanas for Christmas for our kids and ourselves. This is now the second summer we have enjoyed using ours. The product is very well designed and manufactured. It is easy to set up and take down and provides a good size area of shade from the hot sun.
Setting it up one day a couple of weeks ago we were surprised to find one arm had a broken since the previous use. It seems a fitting attaching the arm to the center support had somehow cracked and broken apart. I was able to use a few of my wife's hair ties to hold the extended arm in place for the day.
I reached out to CoolCabanas customer support. They replied that they don't sell replacement fittings and I should buy a replacement arm assembly. Since the warranty period had expired I figured the cost was on me but they immediately told me they would credit my purchase. I received the part in just a couple of days and right after that, they issued a refund to my credit card. Replacing the arm was a simple process which didn't take long at all to complete. We are looking forward to using it again on our next beach day!
Overall, we are extremely happy with our CoolCabana experience! The product is excellent and the customer support is outstanding!

I had an issue with the sand spike being curved and contacted customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

We love our Coolcabana, which has significantly upped our beach experience. And, when we had an issue with one of the parts (the peg that goes into the sand) they replaced it immediately for free! Fantastic customer service on top of a great product!

Ordered the Coolcabana for our kids and Grandson. Our friends have one in Mexico and these are FANTASTIC for set up, take down, wind, rain,, never had any issue.

I needed to replace my main pole that holds up the cabana and I ordered the wrong one. I emailed them to ask how to return the poles I no longer needed and ask for a refund. They were very helpful and took care of the whole problem. This company is a great company witha great product. The Cabana is one of the best products we own!

My CoolCabana is exactly what I was looking for,for an extended day at the beach! It was easy to put up, was comfortable to sit under with four chairs beneath, and easy to take down, We did have an issue taking down the center pole/spike that required a replacement, and Customer Service could not have been more helpful. I called them on Friday, and my replacement parts arrived, free of charge, on Tuesday! Thank you!

Great customer service - I had a part that broke and some confusion about which replacement part I needed. Emailing with customer service team was effective and efficient, they shipped the replacement parts the same day I ordered and were quick to refund me when I accidentally ordered the wrong part. Great experience that will keep me coming back for future cabanas!

We absolutely love our Cool Cabana and have encouraged friends and family to buy one as well. Super easy to put up and makes a day on the beach so much more enjoyable, especially with little kids. We had to replace our carry bag after a few years and Cool Cabanas paid for the replacement, which was super generous of them. The product is excellent and the customer service is excellent as well. I am surprisingly thrilled with this last-minute purchase for my beach vacation. Customer service was exemplary in being super responsive and helping me to get a red envelope 8 ft cabana of my choice in time for my trip. Definitely a small company vibe with real people assisting for a nice change and they were really accommodating. The product itself turned out to be as advertised and even better than expected. You get what you pay for and I’m super glad I didn’t purchase a cheaper brand that tempted me. It was in fact as easy to set up as they said, and I am able to do it by myself (at 60 years young) in under 10 minutes. The material is sturdy and the coverage is really substantial. It looks great from the outside and from the inside it provides great cover to relax and play at the beach. The carry case it comes with is super sturdy and it’s not a knock out fight to put the cabana in and out of it, although I will say it takes a few minutes and is easier with two people, but definitely doable on your own. The middle polls come in a smaller case that fits into the larger case making it nicely organized in the case and reducing risk of tear of the material on the ends of the polls. The frame structure polls that line to top canopy are substantial and coated. The pouches that hold sand at the end of each side are deep and durable and hold the cabana perfectly straight despite considerable wind, we are experiencing at the beach. Overall a great purchase and my thank you to the company is this honest review 😀 .

We had one arm break at the beach this Summer and needed a replacement. We didn’t realize the size difference when installing it was wrong size. Contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and conducted hassle free return so we could purchase the correct size. The website states you need to pay $25 for the return label but after speaking the customer service we didn’t owe anything.

I have a large and a small cool cabana which we absolutely love! It is so fast to put up. I recently had to replace one of the covers and received excellent customer service.

I was so excited to order one of their beach canopies. I know how well they're made because good friends have one.

When ordering, I accidentally hit "order now" without taking proper actions for an expedited order. I needed it within 4 days!

I emailed their customer service team who responded within a few hours and took the initiative to expedite it.

I am most grateful for their professionalism and am excited to receive this canopy for my beach outing to celebrate a big birthday!
