Still no correspondence from the company who sent me out a cheap version of an item I ordered....
Substantial time has passed and no communication or explanation

If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I never received my order.
Tracking never worked also.
Not an Irish company.
Stay far away from them.

Ordered some slip on shoes
Took around 6 weeks to be delivered
Opened the package , a very cheap pair of shoes and the smell of glue was unbelievable
Tried to contact them with no telephone / email ..
Would not buy from theses ever !!!

Received only 1 item from order 2NQDY7YN.

Sent several emails - no resolution to date and no refund. Have escalated matter with fraud department of credit card.

Scam: I ordered a case and screen protector for an S21 5g and was send both which are about an inch too small. Do not order from this site; it is a scam.

Jag beställde "Bust pills" från Coolbe och fick hem dom efter 12 dagar. Jag vet inte om dom funkar men än så länge har jag inget dåligt att säga om Coolbe.

on the plus side they were carefully & well packaged. The Coolbe company seems to be based in Latvia & I thought I was ordering from coolbie.ie
& would have a phoneline to ring if there were any problems -- this is not the case.

My problem is that they (the two drinking birds ) were not what I ordered. The ones I ordered were specifically RED !! & NOT GREEN ( colour of the liquid in the glass bulb). I wanted to give my grandchildren the ones I remembered.
In the online website it specifically said RED and in the picture it was RED.
It's ironic that as expected they were made in China but China don't do red any more ?
They work excellently which is the main thing ! I'll try to get used to green.

ordered a cover for my jacuzzi. Message came “seller preparing item to send”, after a while next message “seller did not prepare in time, we reimburse the amount on your account. You can order again and get a discount of 10%” The cost of the cover now was instead of my paid 26,26 Euro some 41,41 Euro now. To me, this is fraud, so NEVER again from this company.

ITEM WAS DELIVERED IN SPECIFIED TIME. IT WAS THE ITEM ORDERED AND THE CORRECT COLOUR.

Benzinegeur zeer sterk ook na was.
Maten kloppen niet.
Coolbe neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid. Retourneren - kan MAAR wel naar CHINA op EIGEN KOSTEN

Took weeks to receive my parcel, they also took it to another address and when I did finally receive it the packaging was all ripped open so it was filthy dirty and nothing like how they described It.

I never received the leather, it didn't come to the address that was arranged, I think they've wasted my money, fortunately 12€

Placed order for what appeared to be a local inventory item in Ireland on July 21. On July 23was advised the item was being packaged. Then dead silence. Tried to track order but website always said I had no orders?? On Aug 15 I emailed customer service (in Latvia) asking for update? Received response my package was now be prepared for shipping (from India) and it could take 15-45 days before package would arrive. So up to 2.5 months to receive a product I can buy at a local pharmacy in Ireland. Requested a refund and the documentation required was outrageous and I was advised refund could take 1-2 weeks. First and last purchase from Coolbe!! Telling all friends, Coolbe is a disaster!!

I ordered from here 2 weeks ago I was told in a email seller was packing my order still not received anything and tracking is useless very bad company so many red flags for scam company will not use these again please stay away from this website and keep your money !!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Pedí unos mocasines de lona y me han enviado lo que he pedido. Por lo que a mi respecta, son cumplidores. Unicamente podría reprochar que hayan tardado dos semanas en entregar el producto desde que hice el pago

Two weeks ago I ordered from this site and so far nothing has arrived, there is no information about my shipment and no one is answering my emails, does anyone think I will receive my shipment or is the site a scam and I will have to report it?I confirm that the site is fraudulent, you pay and get nothing, this happened to me, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
