Hi Jean,
Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm truly sorry that returning your purchase turned into such a hassle. Our website was being updated at the time, which made the return process much harder to find than it should have been. That's on us and we're working to fix our returns center.
I'm really glad we were able to get this sorted out together, and I appreciate you sticking with us and being patient while we worked through it.
If anything else comes up, we're always happy to help.

Satisfied
When I placed my order, a representative got back to me right away to ask if I wanted to keep my order the same or change it since I couldn't get the colors and style in the cool basics. I was unaware that there had been a change. Since I wanted a certain color to match I left the order as is.

Hi Katherine! Thanks for the kind words. Hoping your shoulder is better now.
If it weren't for your terrific staff…
If it weren't for your terrific staff member, Mae, I would rate Cool-Jam service with one star.
I wanted to return items AND I wanted express service, your online interface system needs a significant overhaul. I'm accustomed to doing everything on line - quickly and efficiently. I ordered a nightgown and tee/pants set for travel to Europe, and the experience was extremely frustrating. It required numerous time-consuming interactions via email with Mae (who was lovely). I highly recommend you update your website OR sell your products on Amazon with the opportunity for express service.

Hi Rita! Thanks for the kind review and the glowing recommendation. Hope to still see you in years to come :)
Great product from a great company
This company has great customer service. I love the night cool fabric and helps me sleep much better. One thing I would change is if you choose elastic waist on the shorts they do not have pockets. The drawstring option has pockets. That is important to me and the option for the elastic waist should state no pockets. Otherwise I love my new pj's.
