My experience with convoso is a good one the dialer is very effective and gets the job done, it is very easy to use.

Convoso is very easy to use and user interface is very simple

Convoso has been an incredibly efficient integration to our cold calling company. Beforehand, we were only able to call about 20 people per hour. That number has surged by nearly 4x, as the software allows me to continually call 5 people at once. Total game changer!!

It is a great system and extremely user frienly and easy to use

The interface is comprehensive, offering numerous settings and options. However, a more knowledgeable support team is needed to address complex questions related to the interface and its challenges effectively. While Convoso is a robust platform with a variety of features, there is room for improvement. Overall, it is a good platform that has the potential to be even better.

Overall I can say that there is nothing that could take me from Convoso. I have not had enough frustration with it to want to change. I am learning new things about setup and flow every single week. You will need someone who knows Convoso well to give you guidance as you're learning how to use it because it's features have features that have features, that then have settings in another part of the dialer that affects something that had nothing to do with what you were working on so be careful. I have been using it for 7 Months now and I can honestly say that this is the most comprehensive dialer on the market. If you have a simple setup, this might not be for you. But If you are working a decent size team with more than one department and a dynamic flow for your calls then this is for you. Be ready to pay up because with great software come great monthly bills. They are extremely expensive. Worth the price? Not entirely. It's definitely overpriced. However, it's the best. Do you want the best?

Convoso is “Best of Breed” when it comes to call center technology and people. Truly one of the top companies I’ve had the privilege to work with. We have worked with them for 3+ years after stints with many of their competitors and there is no contest. Hands down the best. We have experienced, to my knowledge, very little if any downtime with the tech. Our agents love the interface and we love the efficiency. They have a great team and take care of their clients. I highly recommend.

Great product...especially for working through a bulk of data with a smaller staff. We can't wait to see what a bigger team can do with it!

Convoso is perfect for lead management. Allows you to easily organize lists and workflow automation. The agent monitor page is one of the best features to be able to view what agents are doing, help guide them through live calls, and send broadcast messages to the whole team. Their customer service team always responds quickly and they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very easy for our end users to use.
Setup is complicated but onec you get going it's all good.
Downside is that there are lots of bugs. We get duplicate numbers when replacing numbers, and more than 50% of replaced numbers come back as spam already.

Feature rich. Lots of robust elements to help any growing call center or telemarketing division.

Without a deep expertise in Call Center software many of the features and their mechanics come off as extremely technical and complex. However, the onboarding team does a fantastic job (Douglas Ortega - sensational Implementation Manager).

Took a while to get the momentum going after signing the contract, but since then we've gained significant ground and were able to stand up our solution within 9 weeks. We find the overall Convoso experience to be pleasant and effective. Our teams are stoked to use the tool. It has allowed for greater expansion of the business at a much faster clip. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Convoso

We have used Convoso as our Call Center solution for many years and have always liked their support team, and their software. We would not consider leaving them for anyone else.
