Unreliable information
I had a discovery call with the client services and enquired if they could do guarantor contracts. Was told over the phone yes they could do it, despite me clarifying multiple times. Sent over confidential information / including contracts and then was told they don’t do it after. They don’t have a secure portal for you to upload contracts .
Unreliable and inaccurate information from the get go is disappointing . What’s more , having me send over confidential information in this age of cyber security threats is concerning .
This is in answer to the response:
1) Having me send over confidential documents via email, without a secure platform to upload is concerning.
2) I think any company that uses the word ‘strong’ for IT control, reflects a lack of understanding of the magnitude of cyber threats.

Sale of Victorian property
When I engaged Conveyancing.com to do the legal work of selling my house, including the section 32 in Victoria, I was fully informed at every step. The purchaser brought forward settlement, and the team at Conveyancing.com liaised with my bank to make this happen. The ID process was straightforward and could be done all on my phone rather than visiting Australia Post as I have done in the past.
