The service prior to having a Poor Service from paralegal…
The service prior to having a paralegal assigned was great. A number of paralegals were assigned then reassigned and the one I ended up with installs zero confidence. I have to fill out the same form multiple times, continually repeat information that has been emailed through multiple times and when asked a question he never gives a straight answer. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

poor communication, slow processes, and difficulties dealing with assigned conveyancer. Quite stressful, delayed, unpleasant experiences during exchange. Lied about contract agreement, ignored calls, made promises she can't keep. Money wasted and time consuming

I have researched and read many reviews for Convenyancing.com.au and found out there are quite a few negative feedback for this company.
However, in my purchase experience, Margarette Meneses, the paralegal officer assigned to my case has done an excellent job. She was professional, knowledgeable, prompt to respond and made our experience as stress free and smooth as possible. She was very understanding and patient with me. She clearly explained everything so that we could understand the process. I didn’t have to worry about anything as she was on top of everything.
