We are first time buyers and need to instruct a solicitor. Wayne really helped us out and made the whole process so smooth.

Firstly our schedules are all over the place and we have a lot of viewings so Wayne called us at a time that suited us. Which was late on a Friday just before the weekend. We really appreciated this. He explained the terms clearly and really broke down the quote for us. He explained everything in detail and was really friendly. Any questions we had (and we had a lot of them) he answered. Finally our solicitor was instructed.

Andy has been fantastic taking the time to explain everything to me, as a first time buyer I had lots of questions and he answered each one and never made me feel that any of them was a silly question and he has made sure that I fully understand the whole process

Excellent service today from Andy. He guided me through the whole process and answered all of my questions with courtesy and professionalism. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him and his company.

Billy handled our enquiry perfectly. Very polite and helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed

Had a few quotes through for conveyancing and this one came back both the cheapest and closest.
Spoke with Wayne who set up my account and dealt with the case opening and then passed me over to Chadwick Lawrence for my case to be dealt with.

Incredibly helpful and polite on the phone, and kept everything transparent

Huge thanks to Andy for getting us on board! He was absolutely incredible at explaining everything about the process so thoroughly and patiently. Genuinely made an otherwise incredibly stressful and anxiety inducing life stage - much clearer and easier to understand.

Managed promptly and professionally. Got a decent enough quote and no complaints.

I spoke with Wayne who was very helpful and friendly. No complaints

Cheap and great! Wayne was very straightforward, no faff. Absolutely recommend.

Very supportive and patient

Wayne’s customer service was excellent. He was calm, patient and very informative about the whole process. I highly recommend.

I had a really positive experience with Wayne during the initial stages of my conveyancing process. He was thorough in explaining all aspects of the quote and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions, which made everything feel much more straightforward and reassuring.

He was also just really easy to talk to — professional but with a bit of light humour that made the conversation genuinely enjoyable. We even had a bit of a joke about him not being outside enjoying the warm March weather, which made the interaction feel more personal and relaxed.

The whole process was smooth with no issues at all, and Wayne was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Really simple process, Andy was very helpful.
