Your reply to another disgruntled customer says that solicitors don't have their own new business teams, so how come that I received a quote (sadly half a day too late) from the solicitor I asked you to instruct minus the £150 opening file fee?

Utter scam artists. I submitted a request for quotes for conveyancing using the Home Owners Alliance comparison tool. I was given a quote by ‘NPS Law’ but then when I clicked through to instruct NPS, I was contacted in fact by conveyancing-solicitor.co.uk who took £150 from me…for what? For absolutely nothing. I then had to pay £100 on account with the actual solicitor. I was assured the £150 to conveyancing-solicitor would be taken off my final bill but it wasn’t. Conveyancing-solicitor seems to be a completely pointless intermediary who some solicitors have nonetheless allowed into their workflows seemingly just to scam more money out of people. Do not pay them any money!!!

After ringing up for a quote as a first time buyer with zero experience I was greeted with Wayne smith, who went above and beyond to explain to me the fees in detail, making it easier to understand the process as a complete newbie! He was very clear and articulate with his advice and put me very much at ease with his knowledge and expertise! Would highly recommend 😊

Wayne made my experience great, he explained everything in a clear and coincise way which gave me a better understanding of things I did not know. Even when we had a roadblock, he was patient with me and gave me a best offer. Thanks Wayne, I’ll recommend any day and anytime.

As a first time buyer I was very nervous about the conveyancing process, however, I was instantly put at ease and guided through every step. Staff were very patient and took time to ensure everything was understood clearly. I'm very happy with how the process has been set up and look forward to this continuing throughout.

Scam. Paid a file opening fee and then heard nothing back. I was supposed to be contacted by JP Goldman, but there was no contact. When I reached out to JP Goldman directly they had not heard of me or my case.
I have tried to contact conveyancing-solicitor multiple times but have been ignored, and unfortunately they already have my money.

Spoke with Wayne today and talked through every step in detail and answered questions along the way. Made the process very simple and easy to follow. Massive help and thank you!

I was a bit skeptical to be honest about going through a third party to try and find a solicitor, but one of the members of the team (Wayne) handled the case perfectly!

He walked me through step-by-step what is going to take place, and how to go about my first purchase and what's important to note with solicitors.

Overall, it was a pleasure to work with him, and he gave me a really good solicitor quote.
