Fantastic service from the team, especially Josh Fuller

Wayne was really helpful and friendly with getting me all the info I needed and setting me up

Excellent service.
Fast and professional. Instructed in a 39 min call

Josh fuller took my initial call he explained things in the small print explained 9/10 x costs are as stated exceptions etc he was calm and has lots of patience as I needed it. Thank you he's an asset

Wayne was great, so helpful, kind and nice to talk to. He talked me through the whole process as this is my first time going through this experience and he didn't make me feel stupid. Can't fault him at all and would love to deal with him again. Thank you so much!

After using a comparison site I got quotes through for conveyancing. I was bombarded by all companies and this one was no exception so expect texts, phone calls and emails but everyone was the same and it is clearly a competitive market!
I called Andy back to go through the quote, he was kind, professional and patient as I wanted to be clear what the quote included and what it all meant. He went through everything in detail, answered all my questions and gave sound advice without being pushy, which would have put me off. He wasn't clear if we were going with his company to begin with but still gave us his time and knowledge. He definitely put me at ease as every quote I had was broken down differently making the process confusing. Once we went ahead he sent all the details through and again went through everything in the confirmation including an explanation who they were and which part now goes to the solicitors in Rugeley (who I thought we were dealing with as their name is on the quote but didn't realise to begin with that is goes through this external company first).
As we signed up today this review is only for Andy in the New Enquiries Team, who was fantastic. I wish we could deal with him all the way through and can only hope we are treated like we were today moving forward (as I hear a lot of horror stories about solicitors, conveyancing and the stress of buying a house.)

Andy was a great help and made the decision of conveyancing easy. Bright and cheerful he is a credit to his team I'm sure.

Amazing customer service received from Wayne. He answered all my questions and helped me navigate this as a first time buyer.

Wayne was excellent. Very professional and personable.

So far so good.
Josh and Andy helped me a lot by guiding me through the process and replied to all my doubts and questions.

I have just opened my file with Vas solicitors. It was a swift process. I am happy with the service received to date. They are transparent and swift.

Josh provided a fast response time with good knowledge Confidence inspiring and professional. Very competitive pricing.

Wayne helped me today to finalise my quote with N Legal, and to set up my conveyancing file with them. He was very helpful, friendly, polite & knowledgeable. Making the process much less stressful than it could have been. Thanks so much!

Terrible experience. I chose Conveyancing Solicitor because of the trust pilot ratings. However, they passed me through to Signature Law. The experience was awful. Endless delays, lack of communication, messy hand overs. Honestly couldn't be much worse

Josh was great

Spoke with Josh and he was very helpful and made everything clear, quick and easy. The quote was clear and sent promptly- thanks for your help!

They were very helpful and given me all details before signing up.

I had Josh help me throughout the process and he made it so easy for me as a first time buyer - thanks so much, would definitely recommend to others and will be using this service again in future!

Spoke with Wayne for details before instruction because he's the first person who replied my calls. Wayne is very understanding, patient, efficient and effective all along the more than an hour conversation. Terms and quote offered had been ran through according to my best understanding. And I was prepared for details coming up. Hope it would be a good start working with the NPS Law and Home Movers Plus, and looking forward to the completion before Summer hopefully.
