Poor service and communication
The past two times we have ordered, the lenses we ordered were out of stock but no one mentioned that. Instead we waited for the "shipped" email that didn't come. Only when we called did we receive a email reply sharing that contacts we ordered were out of stock. Unacceptable considering the lack of communication resulted in my daughter running out of her contact lenses. We ordered from a different company and they arrived within 2 business days.
