Just received email with ..paperwork..
I never signed up for this at all.
They have all my details etc...dont know how.
The only thing I can think of is...I just this morning finalised a claim for a mis.sold payday loan, using a online firm called ..Impact Claims...(Strange to then get this )...have they sold my details or is there a link between them?... Who knows, it's the only company I've used

Suggest anyone contacted by this outfit forward the details to the police. Demanding money for "services rendered" when the recipient has never contacted a company is illegal, and fraudulent. Their company house details do not match accurately, however the address in their email points to a location seemingly full of scam "claims companies".

Got an unsolicited letter telling me they are handling my car finance claim, signed document and all. Problem is I have never had car finance, this is a scam. Reported them to FCA.

So I worked for this company consultation claims in Liverpool 8 parade street Merseyside and the office is run by the most vile and vulgar management you will ever hear or work for nearly 95% of the staff (agents) working there are nice people but all despise management especially Gavin and mark who is the brother of HR. They hire people and if you reply to them after they say something ( like ok if they ask you to do something your in the office and they think it's right to shout at you and slander you and risk your job just for doing that. Pete Saunders is the guy who runs this company but the dynamics this company uses towards it's customers is highly non professional and it exposes their clients breaking more than a few of data protection rules and compliances. On visits by the ombudsman and FCA they turn professional telling everyone that if anyone speaks out of line they will loose their job many of them depend on this job for a source of income.

At consultation claims they use portals using third party lenders such as blue panda and review the information given often ringing up the customer and telling them to correct the details on file they then tell them they have no idea when the payments are going to be made and have no idea what or how much a person will get as that information is inaccessible to them.

Basically this company needs shutting down nearly 97% staff arnt working because not enough assignments or work gets out in and not only that but they do not care about the clients and data protection is not a thing in that office encouraging employees to register a company confidental email onto their phone with customer data phone numbers and addresses reasons why I quit where due to all the above. Avoid this company.

Disgusting, unethical company duped my elderly Mum into entering into a legal contract with extortionate cancellation fees after the cooling off period.
Luckily we realised in time and have issued them with formal cancellation.
Also logged formal complaint with company and FCA.
Tried calling them to log official complaint also but Gideon was most unhelpful and unempathic, hiding behind Data Protection and 'internal investigations'.

Just to follow up on this, Blue Panda use a company called consultationclaims.co.uk who are valid partner of Blue Panda (and you can check this by calling the official Blue Panda number from their website which I did today). The company on here with the very negative reviews however are defo a scam and have an extra "s" in their name (the real Consultation Claims Company are aware of this outfit) - be careful people.

They have tried to hijack my claims re vehicle finance.
They produced a form with a false signature on that stated that I had consented to let them handling any claims I had already made.

I've complained and pointed out that producing a document with a forged signature may be a criminal offence of Making a false instrument under section 1 of the Forgery and counterfeiting Act 1981.

They've said that they'll investigate but I'm also going to report them to Action Fraud, hopefully they'll get shut down.

Total Scam.

Completely unethical company and complete SCAM! Use third party information to exploit consumers leading to you submit documents. Thankfully I was wise enough to spot this. Links in email that state you don’t wish to proceed leads to pages that ask you to upload documents to proceed.

Reported to FCA! Should not be operating on their current business model.

Avoid avoid avoid! Do not engage other than to email to withdraw all consent!

This company just contacted me about an old pcp claim, asked me to sign the documents she sent through! That’s when I knew it was a scam.. do not sign anything..

Forged Documents with Forged Signatures. Have no idea how they got some of my details but I most certainly have had NO and I mean NO contact with them, well dodgy.
Reported so hopefully they will be closed down soon.

As others have mentioned this company has falsified my signature on letters of engagement regarding PCP claims.
I have never made contact with them so this seems to be a clear case of claim fraud.

Consultation Claims emailed me saying they have identified my claim regarding Blackhorse Finance. This company, Consultation Claims, must have access to third party information regarding existing claims. I foolishly gave them some personal information on the understanding that my original claim was in their hands. It is a phishing scam so beware of accepting their offer of help. I have replied to the company the next day to cancel their offer of help on my existing claim.

My husband received signed documents claiming he is instructing them with forged signature that looks nothing like his. We have emailed them and also reported to them to action fraud and FCA

Absolute scam.
Identical to other complainants here, they e-mail me a 'signed' engagement letter to my work address but with my private address details, with a forged signature and apparently authorised at a time when I was definitely not on-line. I cancelled immediately and complained. Had I not done so it would be a £139 + vat fee. Total scam, phishing and forgery to boot. This needs sharing far and wide and the company closing down.

Reading all of these reviews, this has happened to my husband!
My husband has received an email with documents which look like they are signed by him, it’s not his signature and he has never used them. Scam!!
He has replied to say that he wishes to cancel even though he hasn’t used them. Very unnerving having documents sent to your email address with all of your details and a signature that he didn’t do!

Sent submission for information.... Than advised done it all myself.

Received and email that I consented to a claim, signed the authorization... never requested and 100% never signed.

Do not use, don't even enquire!

This is a scam! Received an email with all my ‘signed’ documents! Never heard of this company and certainly haven’t requested them to do anything on my behalf! Emailed them back to say this has not been authorised and not requested! Another scam company taking advantage of situations!!

Emailed stating I’d signed up to have PCP finance scandal looked into. Already sorted this myself never instructed them to do anything. They even have “my signature” on a load of documents that I’ve never seen or signed, absolute scam, replied stating to leave me alone and I haven’t signed anything

I received an email from this company noting i instructed them to act on my behalf and that i signed the relevant documents electronically. However, i'd never heard of them prior to the emails being received. This feels to be a complete scam, taking advantage of the current car finance mis-selling position and taking action without proper authority.
