Replacement front door. My first contact was with Paul, he sent over a link showing the door company they use, we decided the style and price, very competitive, we were given a 8-10 week for delivery, this took slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances. The door is now installed and we are very pleased with the quality and the look of the door.
Would use this company again no problem

Great service. Initial quote done online. My requirements were for a frontage to an old shop which were a bit different to standard. After online quote rep worked with me to get the design right. After order confirmed I was kept informed of order progress. Fitter did an amazing job getting the installation complete in one day. End product looks fantastic. Very competitive pricing.

Great services from TPD. They sent the quotation based on measurements that I took, which saved time, made the changes to the design as requested and had very competitive pricing.

The installer came and took the final measurements and a few weeks later the windows were ready for installation.

Installation of 5 windows took around 5 hours and they even cleaned up and vacuumed the areas nicely after they finished installing.

Windows are high quality and it feels warmer inside the house already.

TPD checked up on me a couple of weeks later to see if I am happy with the product which I am.

I ordered all the double glazed windows and front door via a phone conversation online. The company then went and measured up for me and sent me pictures of how the finished product would look. I am delighted with the finished result and they consulted me every step of the way. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

This company is quite unique in the window fitting business. Easy to deal with and no pushy sales people wanting to spend hours in your home to try and force a sale .
That said the guys on the sales and service were fantastic so you do have a friendly face to speak too whenever you require it.
I loved the online window builder website, you can design and pick what you want and not what a company simply wishes to sell you and then see how it looks on your house at the same time.
The design, ordering, measurement process and installation was very easy and stress free. On top of all of this the price, service and contact has been great too.
Everyone I’ve been in contact with have been wonderful, from David on the initial ordering, speaking with the guys in the officemaking sure order and booking dates were correct, as well as general care and information from Dean and others too. (Sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names)
Lastly not forgetting Jay who was onsite to install job. A lovely guy who fitted the job professionally and cleaned any mess made.

Great door and clear and quick customer service. Manufacturing took a while over Xmas but received quick updates when asked for. Survey and fitting went without a hitch.

We'd previously been quoted atrocious amounts for just the one window needing fitting, these guys gave us a decent quote with a breakdown of all costs, helped us figure out what exactly we were after and on the day the builders (who were also the same people that came to measure up previously) were in high spirits, kept us informed (not a long job like!) and tidied up as much as they could afterwards. We'll be back to TPD when the rest of the house wants doing :)

I had an excellent experience with TPD; there was some delay in manufacturing, but only to be expected over the Xmas and new year period.i was kept informed, which was reassuring, and the fitting itself went very smoothly. The finished job is perfect, and required no further attention from my painter/decorator. Top marks!

My experience with TPD was great from start to finish. I found Craig very friendly and helpful and the service was so professional. He wasn’t at all like some sales people who can be quite pushy, he gave me time and space to look over the quote but kept in contact.
I absolutely loved the idea of getting our quote through WhatsApp, it was quick, stress free and I got to see the images straight away whilst talking through my ideas on the phone. It really was a great way of showing you the final product.

My experience with the company both over the phone and face to face was professional and honest. I was pleased with the communication and felt that all of my concerns were address in a timely manner. The product was exactly as specified and I’m very pleased with the fitting. I did have some snagging issues which where addressed the next day to my absolute satisfaction. I will be using the company again for phase 2 of my renovations in 2025.

Fitting was excellent, the 2 Daves very friendly & competent. Fitted 4 windows in half a day, all look amazing.
Only criticism one window broken on delivery, took another week to replace .
