We do offer a calculator at the top of the plan selection page where you can put in your kWh usage and it will calculate the cost of each rate in the plan's box under the kWh rate. We are looking at other ways to help prospective customers understand each plan and the rates. Easy

Coming from out of state, everything was straight forward and explained in site. No jumping around to navigate. Put in order and everything was accomplished in no time at all. When we moved in power was on.

I absolutely love being with…

I absolutely love being with Constellation! The customer service is always efficient. The communication is clear and the best part is after an interaction I feel valued as a customer. If you’re not with Constellation, I mean what are you waiting on?!😀

Constellation Was More Expensive

I received a letter saying that I was being signed up for Constellation energy aggregation without my knowledge. After reading the letter which seemed purposefully confusing with the way they presented their prices and wording, I could see that the Constellation price was higher than what I was currently paying for residential electricity. There was a code to go online and complete an Opt-Out form or an option to mail it in. After finding the correct web page I completed the Opt-Out form online. I do worry about people who may have difficulty reading or comprehending this due to age or illness being charged more for their energy needs because they can’t understand the paperwork or the Opt-Out process.

No information after signing up

Once i signed up, I never received a welcome package or account number. This happened for 4 different homes that I signed up for service. I had to use the online chat feature to get the account numbers. Also, had a terrible experience with their "identity verification" process.

If it has not started yet, you will receive it when the transfer or switch is complete. I’ve had no communication or updates…

I’ve had no communication or updates form your company after signing up. I continue to receive bills from my prior provider at a significantly higher price now that my contact has expired and I still don’t know if you actually set up my account or just lost my order.
