A great system that streamlines our listing on many sites. Its already had a dramatic increase in sales.

I originally thought this looked great and signed up for the free forever trial plan.

During the trial, in turned out that a number of features don't yet exist (eg updating photos after listing, bulk deletion) and some advertised features don't work (such as updating despatch status).

As soon as the trial ended I was sent an invoice which I hadn't agreed, and despite being on the free forever trial. The cost per transaction is quite pricy for small/medium sellers, when you have to add this to your discogs/eBay/PayPal fees.

There is potential here - but it's far from the finished article.

Shekh Abdul had an introductory zoom call with me and walked me through disconnect. It is easier and better than i thought.

Very helpful and quick to reply to questions. The system is still syncing but all data tests looks perfect.

Great solution to have your Discogs Shop connected to your WooCommerce and other online stores as eBay, Amazon... They keep growing and improving. Besides, they've provided a great customer service every time we have needed them!

As a new business owner through my online record store, Mile High Vinyl, my web designing team worked toward finding a solution to get sales items imported onto the website from discogs. As a result, DisConnect was discovered, which made the entire process effortless. As of right now, I have over 1300 sales items from my discogs account listed on my website, and minutes after adding new inventory, new items are exported directly from discogs to the Mile High Vinyl website. I couldn't be happier with my experience with DisConnect and look forward to working with them in the years to come. Another great aspect with DisConnect is the way they prioritise your business and encourage you to reach out to them with any questions at anytime. I couldn't recommend DisConnect more.

Good product. Good, solid service.

Very useful tools to enable sellers to list on multiple platforms. Previously recommended. However since this review there has been no improvements to the service with delays in syncing orders going into the hours. For one month my orders went over the threshold and I paid and increased price (which was fine) when they went below the threshold they did not reduce it down again. I no longer use this service and manually process the orders as I can do it when I need instead of having to wait.

Very helpful team and guided me through every step of the way. Still working on improving the syncing but overall great service.

This app has been a lifesaver. Support has always been instant and very helpful as well! Couldn't recommend it enough.

Nice one, great service!

I had been looking for an inexpensive product that could sync my Discogs and Shopify listings for years. Literally, for years. I was at the point where I was going to pay a developer to build it for me.

DisConnect is almost exactly what I wanted and the support has been excellent.

The bi-directional inventory and sales sync and option for product creation on the Shopify side or listing creation on the Discogs side works beautifully. Yeah, there are things that I need that are pretty specific to my business and DisConnect doesn't cover them, but they are leaps and bounds ahead of other options. Plus, I think that they are just at the beginning of their product development so I'm confident that iterations will close some of the gaps.

Amazing product and support! We are doing a complete change of online and point of sale for our store and were advised to try Disconnect to keep our sales channels and Discogs in sync. We are early in the process but are super please with our experience so far. Support proactively contacted me to help correct an error in set up they noticed BEFORE I contacted them. I was very impressed with that. With the guidance they provided we had our Discogs products automatically updating with our Shopify account in minutes. We are early in our conversion project but I feel very confident that we made a great decision to go with Disconnect. I’m sure they will be there to help with future questions. Very impressed.

Perfect Service, really great i love it

Unearthed Sounds has been using Disconnect for a few months now and it is a vast improvement on the procedures we had for running our Discogs store previously. It has made our stock management and order processing a lot easier and saved a lot of time. Set up was pretty easy and it has synced with our store + inventory management system well.

There have been a few niggles here and there but the support we have received from the constacloud team has been excellent- they are quick to respond to any problems and have come up with fixes that have been tailored to our needs

Would definitely recommend if you sell on Discogs & other platforms.

Underground Knowledge Records have used Disconnect by ConstaCloud to integrate our Dicogs listings on our own website. It was quite a complex project but we are very satisfied with the results especially the support that we have received from the team at ConstaCloud.

We run quite a tight ship and had to request a number of amendments to the way the integration works but the support was fantastic and every issue has been sorted by the team.

I would happily recommend DisConnect to anyone who wants to have their own website that features seamless integration between the website and their store on Discogs.
