Product made it safely. I did not like the duty tax that held it up in the US. That was unexpected and I couldn’t tell if it was a scam text from Dhl or not. Maybe let the customer know they will be receiving a notification and additional fees to have it delivered. Otherwise very easy process and great quality product:)
