As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

The lady who answered my call
The lady who answered my call. I think her name was Emma but I might be wrong as it was a few weeks ago. She was professional, polite, informative and extremely helpful. I actually phoned again a few days later to speak to her manager to applause this member of staff.

Easy to check specification & to order online.
TV streamer to my Specsavers hearing aid is a game changer, as now I don't need subtitles on. Also has a good range so I can listen whilst in a nearby room.

The AD595 is capable of speaking the numbers that you press on the numeric keypad (Talk Keypad), you can also have incoming Talking ID by voice tag on a memory button. I'm sorry if this isn't what you were looking for.

You not only helped me verify the exact tubing and domes for my NHS aids but also had a very creative suggestion for why tubing didn't last as long in one ear. I will be asking the audiologist to re-measure the length of tubes I need

The Oticon TV adaptor works really well.
The Oticon TV adaptor works really well. The clarity through the hearing aids is exceptional with no lag whatsoever and the volume easily variable to suit each situation without affecting the actual TV volume for other family members. The set-up was easy although the only problem came with adjusting my hearing aid programme to connect through to the TV. Eventually, I realised that the Oticon app was able to connect to the correct programme, although this is not described in the instruction booklet. There is no need to purchase the volume remote control as volume can be adjusted with the Oticon app. Delivery was really quick and efficient.
