I have never had an advert in a major magazine before, so this was a new experience for me. I initially spoke to Kiera, who was friendly and explained everything clearly. I also spoke to Elliot, who gave me options tailored to my particular circumstances and outlined exactly what would happen next. Kiera replied to subsequent emails quickly and Miles did a great job of actually putting the advert together for me. The finance team made sure that making payment was straightforward.
