Hi Aida,

Thank you for your review. We're sorry that we didn't respond to your follow-up query.

Due to reduced staffing during a period of annual leave, your message was unfortunately overlooked. We completely understand your frustration, especially given the level of communication you received prior to your purchase.

We sincerely apologise for the lack of follow-up and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Kind regards,
The Connect IT Team

Hi Paul,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're pleased to hear you liked the camera's compact design and magnetic mounting.

We're sorry the Wi-Fi setup wasn't successful in your case. We did provide troubleshooting steps that often resolve connection issues, but we understand you decided to return the camera instead.

After receiving the unit back, we tested it thoroughly and were able to connect it successfully, so it doesn't appear there was a fault with the camera itself. That said, we appreciate that setup issues can be frustrating, and sometimes compatibility or network settings can vary from one installation to another.

Thank you again for giving Connect It a try, and we wish you all the best in finding the right solution for your needs.

Kind regards,
Connect It Support Team

Hi Eric,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the disappointment caused by this order.
On 5 July, due to an error when sale pricing was applied to our website, the Eufy Smart Display E10 was displayed at an incorrect price. Once the issue was identified on the morning of Monday 6 July, the listing was corrected and affected orders were refunded.
Your order was refunded in full at 11:25am on 6 July and we contacted you shortly afterwards to explain the situation.
We appreciate that this was frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused. The pricing error was not intentional and did not reflect the product's actual sale price.
Kind regards,
Connect It
