Sorry to hear these haven't worked well. Can we check a few things before giving up on them?
1. Lets first confirm that you are using the pants optimally. To do this please ensure that you 'cup' the pad gently from back to front so that it forms a U shape which will create a more 'anatomical' fit to your child’s body, before putting them on.
2. Also please ensure that the leg gussets are fitted flush in the joins between the inner thighs and pelvis. The pad itself won’t leak, however liquid could leak through the leg openings if the pad is overwhelmed and the leak barriers are not effective in stopping fast moving liquid seeping out. Can you double check the pants are being worn correctly?

Great product and works well for my granddaughter. Only wish I could get the same sort in a bigger size. I buy the 8 to 15 which are starting to be a bit small, but the small adult size is to big

Without doubt one of the worst
Without doubt one of the worst company's for delivery and communication after my order not arriving in a fare time I emailed them and asked for a tracking number then the issues started the number was invalid then we are moving warehouse then another tracking number again not valid then after 2 weeks was told the order will be there in 3 days Day 4 not delivery then was told item out of stock so I wanted a refund just a bunch of lies to be told it was on its way and given 2 false tracking numbers when they did not even have the stock as well as being told moving warehouse again just lies the order was place first Thursday in November 2023 and there were many emails between us during the whole process what I was not Impressed with was that you sent me 2 tracking numbers and saying it was sent then after 2 weeks you say in writing there out of stock not the way to treat customers
