Initially very happy with the build of my garage with regards to timescale etc. The garage itself is lovley looking, well as mush as a garage can. However the problem is any time it rains heavy water makes it's way in the eves and runs down the spines inside the garage. When I contacted concrete garages they said that there products arent waterproof. I though this was a given when you pay £3k for a brand new garage. Although they state is isnt waterproof they claim on there website thier garages are sealed for strength and unbeatable weather ressitance. If I was told when buying my garage that any time it rains heavy there will be leaks inside my garage theres no chance I would have bought it. Very disappointed . Poor service

Avoid
Be aware before you part with your 100% deposit that you may not get the goods by the delivery date, you may be fobbed off with excuses for non-delivery over the phone and all your correspondence threatening legal action may be ignored. Just so you know.

Chasing constantly for continuously delayed installation dates . Refusal to reimburse deposit keeps you stuck in a Russian roulette on the rest of your life plans.

Very happy customers!
Just had a new garage supplied and erected today by Concrete garages Scotland of East Kilbride. Absolutely delighted with the service we have received from start to finish. Workmanship fantastic and our dealings with all staff has been first class all the way. All the team worked tirelessly and were very pleasant and helpful.We would strongly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a garage. Everything was left neat and tidy and workmen were never in house at all. Such a professional team.Cannot speak highly enough of them. Sincere thanks to all the team. It's been a pleasure dealing with you. (The coffee was good too!!). Iain and Irene McCallum, Mount Vernon.

Disappointing Experience
An exciting time of choosing a garage, ended up a disappointing experience.
The building dates for the base and the garage over-ran, and whilst the base was being laid, the double gates on the driveway were damaged and would not close. A point completely refuted by the company.
After we sourced a blacksmith to repair it, they paid part of the bill as a "gesture of goodwill "
We found dealing with this fairly aggressive company to be an upsetting experience.
Whilst we are now happy with the finished product, we would not recommend this company to anyone, without fair warning.
