PC case came much faster than expected, really well protected and was perfect.

Haven’t received my package. It was set to be delivered 7/28 at the latest

The product hasn’t arrived yet, but when it does I can update again based on the condition it arrives in.

Good selection of products in stock with fast shipping. Needed next day delivery and courier screwed up but Orbit support kept me very well informed and dealt with the issue perfectly. Everything arrived in perfect condition

Bought an rtx 5090 Aorus white gpu.
Cost me over £3300. Was missing rops straight from box. Then to run it in , a friend then bought one approx £800 cheaper (diff retailer ) just two weeks later. Also not refunded postage (still).
Extortionate prices and will not be returning. Can't fault the customer service - dont hold it against you guys at all.

Straight forward order and delivery with tax paid up front on order to Ireland, no customs additional. Order was efficiently packaged and everything arrived in perfect condition with no problems.

I've found Computer Orbit not only had the best price on some hardware I needed, but their customer service was exemplary, very helpful, friendly and professional, and most of all efficient, this is why I try to use smaller businesses instead of giving my money to Amazon, it didn't cost me any more and I felt looked after and valued as a customer, very highly recommended.

Great experience with this company they actually had the parts that I needed in stock unlike other companies that dropship and don’t even check if it’s in stock and you have to wait to get your money refunded back, I placed the order and the delivery came the next day.
