Unknown to me, my laptop was bought from me by the owner of this store through one of the big online e-commerce market places. The laptop was brand new, but as I said in the advert the box had been opened and the laptop logged into by an IT expert to load an upgraded operating system - otherwise it was in pristine condition. The buyer then contacted me, via the marketplace, and demanded his money back because "the laptop was dirty and used". I explained through messaging that could not be the case but the buyer was adamant. I was not going to give any refund until I personally saw the laptop and so I arranged to visit the shop. When I arrived, surprise surprise, the owner was not there. The staff member who dealt with me just kept repeating that if someone had accessed the laptop to upgrade the operating system then it was used and therefore mis-described is my advert. I inspected the laptop thoroughly and decided it was still in pristine condition, so I gave the buyer a full refund and left the shop with my laptop. My concern is that if the owner of the store thought this was good practice, then this was a lousy example to set for his workforce. My gut feeling is that he was just trying to scam me into accepting a lower price for the laptop. I would advise that you do NOT use this shop.

I was hired as an SEO expert on freelancer.com for Computer Assistance, but they didn't pay me after completing this 1-month work. When I worked and updated them every week that's take they were happy, but after finishing the month, when time to pay the salary of 500 pounds, they said that they didn't like my work.

I don't sell design; I worked for them every day. They scam with me very badly. Don't trust them.

Helpful and knowledgeable- sorted out my computer really quickly. They are really good.

I had an issue with my device earlier this week - I took it in, and they sorted it there and then. I've also previously had them replace the keyboard of a laptop for me. Each time they've done an excellent job. Would definitely recommend

I used CA a lot in the past and they were good. Something has changed. Maybe a management change? Got too arrogant? Too 'up themselves'?

I asked them to install an additional access point for my wi-fi, building on the wifi they installed 5 years previous. A simple job. Here are my 5 reasons NOT to use this company, as I will NEVER EVER use them again:

1. Once the cable guy had installed the cable, it took 8 emails and 6 phone calls, to get them to come back to complete the job. Meanwhile I had cable hanging from the house for 9 weeks.

2. A guy finally turned-up to install the access point. He spent 1.5 hours trying to get the access point to talk to the router before he realised that the other end was not plugged-in.

3. The invoice for the job was 6 months late, and then it had items on the invoice that had never been installed. I queried the invoice and was threatened that they would 'come to my house and remove the hardware'.

4. I was then hounded by 3 different people at CA for payment. We exchanged 12 emails, had 4 phone calls, and still 3 weeks on they are still hounding me for payment, without understanding my concerns, twithout talking to each other, and only after a single payment of c£100. I had previously spent thousands with CA and recommended them to others.

Never again. After being threatened and being hounded, they are a company you should carefully consider if you are going to use them because they will hound you, they will make mistakes, and are only interested in being paid at any cost for any service.
