Security clearance with this company was a terrible experience for me. Supplied lots of details for clearance yet the whole episode took two months even though I was promised a 4 day turnaround.

Phone calls from said experts were inaudible, emails ignored as the said agent was constantly on leave and I never felt truly confident that any of my details were secure.

Tried calling their main number to relay my issues but can't get through, just given an email address that I'm not sure is monitored as I have not received any response.

First class service always returned calls in a timely manner.
