On first contact I couldn’t have asked for more helpful office administrator than Emma, who knew exactly what my needs were and answered all of my questions with the most professional but friendly approach.
Emma’s interaction with me as a customer was second to none, she called back when she said she would, she communicated effectively and provided relevant information verbally and via e mail in a timely, efficient manner. The surveyor Sandra who came out to undertake the survey on our home was also extremely professional but personable also. She treated our home with respect whilst undertaking a detailed survey.

I recently contacted the team to enquire about a survey and spoke with Emma, who was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. As first-time buyers, we had several questions, all of which she answered clearly and thoroughly. She also followed up promptly with an email containing all the information we needed.

The whole process moved very quickly, with a date booked in almost immediately. Everything was completed within a couple of days, and we received the results the following morning.
