Everything about our experience was positive. The service we had from booking through to the actual accommodation was faultless. Everything we could have needed was provided and the cottage was clean and exactly as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

Our stay in Steepfield Studio was perfect. The kids loved it as did we. The accommodation had everything we needed and was in the perfect location - a short walk from the beautiful beach and estuary, plus a stone's throw from the local shop and pub. Look forward to a return trip.

3 Linkside, is ideally located for the beach & the village. The views of the sea and beaches are immense. We spent a long of time in the living room just soaking up the views. Accommodation was spacious, and everything we required was supplied. A great week. Thank you.

Great communication at the beginning of our stay from Bonnie , even got in the accommodation a bit earlier!

Long tails cabin is an absolute gem, I stayed here for work while I find permanent accommodation but this was such a haven to come back to at the end of the day. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need, kitchen supplies, bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Iron and small board. The bedding is high quality and so comfortable. The garden is a wild flower and pond so attracts so much wildlife and is beautiful. Amazing views of the hills and incredible sunset at night. The hosts are so friendly and very helpful. Finally the outstanding Bantham Village and beach is less than a mile away, again a very special place to be.

The property was perfect for our mixed generation holiday over the Easter weekend. We were most impressed at how well equipped the kitchen was. There was plenty of space for us all to sit and relax inside and outside we loved the terrace and garden. The views down to the beach were stunning. All in all we had a wonderful stay and our contact with the agent was most helpful and accommodating.
We would most definitely be interested in returning! The children loved that it was a five minute walk to the beach.

Compass Quay looked after us and White Horses brilliantly well.
If you love the beach White Horses is in a perfect position and its view over to Bantham beach is breathtaking.

Shame about the water being only tepid in the shower or scalding. The rest of the apartment was fine if a little on the cool side but it did rather spoil my day when after long days out walking that there was no shower to relish over all our three nights stay. We discovered you can stay in the Harbour Hotel's best room for two nights including dinner and breakfast for just over £1000 which is what this trip has amounted to for three days including dinners out. Staying here has been expensive for what this flat cost. Would not recommend.

This company was the most helpful and friendly holiday cottage company I have ever used! I even had a WhatsApp chat with Bonnie who was very attentive. Both Nikky and Bonnie were lovely and very caring.
Sea Reach was a wonderful find! Spacious, even for 8 of us, with everything we needed. And such great views! Even though it was February we had a couple of opportunities to sit in the garden looking at the sea with a coffee, or had the sun steam through open patio doors with the view of fields opposite. Just the unwind we needed... What a bonus to be able to walk to Thurlestone beach in 5 minutes, even with my arthritic knees. We loved it so much we hope to return later in the year.

Myself and my family had a lovely 4 night stay in The Old Shop Cottage. The cottage was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the wood burner was an added bonus. The village pub was a 2 minute walk and the food was great. It is dog and child friendly! We managed to park opposite the cottage. During the spring and summer there are restrictions on the street parking. So that could be a problem. We enjoyed are stay in Bantham, a beautiful area of Devon.

Three generations of our family have just returned from a lovely post Christmas week at Sea Reach, South Milton. The house was warm and cosy with far reaching views and was extremely well equipped - the open log fire was very welcome as the weather was very cold. The house is, however, in need of some TLC and updating both indoors and outdoors - the sofas in the lounge are in desperate need of being replaced and were not very comfortable. Although it was winter and we didnt sit outside the garden furniture was very old and tatty and the garden patio area was covered in weeds. This is a lovely house and I would recommend a stay there but in order for me to give it five stars it needs to have some work done on it . This is an ideally located house for families as the beach is only a short walk away down the lane. Compass Quay staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble

I liked staying here because it was warm, quiet, and close to the beach.The reasons I didn’t give it a 5 star was because downstairs the sofa and day bed/window seat need more cushions I brought down my bedroom pillow to make it more comfortable. The first few days trying to understand how to use the oven worked was very confusing and inconvenient as it took longer than it should to try and cook. I suggest leaving a book on how to use it, the blue folder wasn’t very informative so we had to figure it out on our own. In the bunk bed room the floor temperature was 7 degrees but it kept making the room boiling up to 28 degrees which was very difficult to sleep in. I think even though the tap has hot water there should be a kettle as it’s not quite hot enough. There could also be more utensils, provide more than 1 log for the fire, the bag for the Henry Hoover was full and there was no more, more bin bags. Also, it would be helpful to know the driveway is shared and how many parking spaces you actually get because family’s traveling in 2 cars may find it difficult to park. However, there is a good selection of games, there is good WiFi, good lighting in the bathrooms, lovely outdoor shower and garden view.

We had a lovely week in Bantham House, despite the weather! The house was perfect for all of us, spacious, characterful and very well equipped. It felt very homely.
Bantham village is a wonderful spot, gorgeous beach and walks, a shop and a pub, also near to Burgh Island and Salcombe. We hope to be back next year.

Coach House, Bantham.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the Coach House. The property and the Compass Quay guys were first class. Such a wonderful setting to spend our holiday and really felt like a home from home. We would definitely recommend them and the property. We'll be back.

We have recently returned from a fabulous holiday at White Horses house in Bantham.
From start to finish we found the service offered by Compass Quay was exceptional in every detail. This made the holiday easy to organise for our multi generational family group.
The house itself was perfect for our group to enjoy, offering enough space to have privacy and quiet time if you wanted it, but then the communal living space was wonderful for the fun and games of family living. The garden and views, to include amazing sunsets, added to the sense of space, making meal times a joy. We had a baby and three year old with us and the house seemed to absorb their noise and nature!
The house was clean and very well equipped. Bed linen and towels of a good quality. Everything worked, so a hassle free holiday!
The proximity to the beaches meant we didn’t have to use the car all week, unless we chose to go further afield. But there was so much to do in the surrounding area we were kept well entertained. The Sloop pub across the road was a great place to go for a meal and a pint, which we certainly took advantage of.
All in all, our holiday was truly wonderful and we thank Compass Quay for there service in making it so.

Thanks for a lovely stay at 3 Linkside house. We loved it in all its 70s splendour and couldn't believe how spacious and well located it was. There were no issues at all and Compass Quay were there ready for any enquiries throughout our stay. A beautiful area enjoyed through this well-equipped and comfy apartment, that had incredible views over Thurlestone bay. Looking forward to our next holiday with you!

Beautiful apartment, superb view, everything you need. beach in walking distance, pub 2 minutes walk away, shop ( expensive) next door. Compass Quay Coastal Holiday Ltd pulled all the stops out with kindness and professionalism to make our stay perfect.

Thurlestone, Devon; Linkside House (no. 3 - GF apartment): We stayed here for a few days in early July. The private-estate location above the links golf course is a ten minute walk to the wonderful Yarmer beach, with clean sand and shingle - great, safe bathing; SW coast path walks to Bantham/Bigbury-on-Sea or to Hope Cove and beyond; great pubs and cafés close-by; village store; the South Hams to explore at your leisure. The 'mid-century' apartment is really comfortable with all facilities you might expect to find in a family home. A log fire for those chilly autumn nights. And lots of paintings (by the owner) guaranteed to make you think and admire her talent. Friendly neighbours. Plenty of car parking. We look forward very much to returning. D&J&m.

The place was perfectly situated in the village and with three bedrooms and three bathrooms our stay was perfect.
