Incredible service
We took out two mobile phone SIM cards for our c.i.c. last year - which was a GREAT experience, great prices, but more importantly, Ben, who helped us, is the nicest man! So patient and so helpful! This year, we have chosen them for our broadband sims too, I would not go anywhere else for our internet and phone requirements now, absolutely OUTSTANDING service

Stay well clear
Stay well clear, they told me to pay off my contracts and they would reimburse me when I sent the invoices in. Had trouble getting my invoices from my previous supplier when I did and sent them and they told me that I took too long and they would not pay the money over £1000 out-of-pocket.

I’m with a phone service provider…
I’m with a phone service provider attached to my partners account. I’ve had problems with data and connectivity for months (since August). That company, I don’t wish to mention their name, were completely hopeless, very very hard to communicate with and just not on the ball. Finally after hours and hours they connected me with this company, my “account manager” apparently and I just want to say that Matty who I spoke with, within twenty minutes had my phone up and running. I didn’t believe he would be able to as he had to go through all the processes I have been through with the other lot. However where they made wrong turns getting nowhere Matty navigated his way expertly and patiently and I just couldn’t believe it, my iPhone 16 Pro finally works as it should. Just amazing.

I had call asking if I was near EE out of contract
I had call asking if I was near ee contract coming up for early renewal,I have. 6 contracts with ee..I was then put through to a guy called Josh,this guy was very easy to deal with and went through stuff slowly and it all made sense. Very good service sold me the deal.. cheers josh

The gentleman we had dealings with, Aaron Shenton was absolutely brilliant, he was a superstar, our bill has been significantly reduced and his help with everything from reading through contracts and explanations for every last detail was great, I can not fault him.
