Most home service contract companies rely on local contractors to care for their customers, so local reviews are the most valuable type of feedback that a customer can have before making a purchase decision. That is the main reason we do not currently offer rankings for the companies participating in our quotes programs. Local testimonials are not easy to accumulate for all areas, and so the best sources are typically the most well established sites that collect this type of information, websites like TrustPilot, AngiesList, ConsumerAffairs, and HomeWarrantyReviews.com to name a few.

No one wants to give me a 12 month quote. There is nothing to compare. I am looking for a home warranty for a real estate sale, and not a monthly rate. The buyer wants the seller to pay, and he will only pay at the closing.

I found out that even though some of the company coverage fee can be cheaper, but if you look into the details of coverage, there are common things that are not cover and may end up being more expensive at the end
