The lady I spoke with named Angela was very patient with me as i am not good with technology and she took me very calmly through all the steps to compare my current bills with Alinta projected bills. She spoke very clearly and slowly and I was able to understand everything she said. She had a lovely manner and made me feel at ease. Many thanks for your help Angela.
