Comma Football Anmeldelser

False advertising! They impose a condition for refunds that is not stated in the refund policy, and hide behind an "environmental" excuse to dodge giving refunds.

I bought a jersey, which was not on sale, and reached out a few days after it arrived to request a return and refund because the fit wasn't what I expected. It took them 16 days to respond, and when they did, they said they're "working to reduce waste and carbon footprint" and that's why returns and exchanges are only accepted if the jersey has a product defect,

Nowhere in their refund policy does it state that refunds are limited to defective products.

This has been a genuinely disappointing experience, and it's pretty bold of them to use "reducing waste and carbon footprint" as a cover story for refusing refunds. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Great Tee, will definitely buy more

Arrived fast and exactly as described! High quality stuff, A+

Got matching jerseys for me and my son. They are great quality. Fast service!

I love the designs of their jerseys. The embroidered/stitched details and the World Cup info on the Modric jersey are really cool. They also have great sales!

Really good football jerseys company..Quality and print is really good.
Just received my “La Pulga” jersey loved it…
Only issue is price would love if it would be a less pricey..
But at the end being a Messi fan really loved the jersey

Really impressed with the quality of the jersey, specially for the price . The embroidery is real. The size is perfect. Colors look just like the picture. Shipping was decent. no complaints. arrived in good shape nicely packaged.
I will be buying more from them in the future.

When my son found a jersey he loved online. At first I wasn't even sure Comma was a legit company because I wasn't aware of them.
I placed the order and I was told upfront this jersey was on back order and wouldn't be available until mid August. I decided to give it a go and I am glad I did.
From the get go I was kept up to date with the order which arrived last week. My son was stoked it arrived early, as was i.
The jersey is really good quality and looks like it is made to last.
I 100% recommend Comma Football

I bought the t-shirt of Luka Modric, and it is really beautifull, fits perfect and it was transferred within 2 weeks, that’s very fast considering it is comming form australia ;)

Amazing La Pulga 10 shirt. Fast delivery, great size and fitting. Definitely gonna order some more shirts!

Amazing jersey and fast shipping. I would recommend it to everyone. Unique design and a good idea, you cant go wrong with that.

Great jerseys!

I purchase a jersey with them for my boyfriend he really loved the jersey. This is a real company! You can tell the jersey is good quality and the put a lot of effort on the detail! Great company!

I was so excited to order my Les Bleus and receive it in time to wear it to a France match at World Cup.I was sitting in front of Mbappe's father screaming in my kit. We took a picture together and I'm wearing it. I'm now getting the spain versions for my nephews. Super nice quality very unique.

It was relatively easy to make an order online. Jersey quality is pretty good. Size fits well

The designs of the kits are really different compared to what you usually find on the market. They are very beautifully designed and what you see is what you get. The material and fit is also fantastic! Highly recommended.

Great service and quality

Great product and great quality. Excellent communication from point of purchase to delivery.

The customer service is completely non-existent. I contacted them by email, WhatsApp, the contact form on their website, and the live chat to request a simple size change before my order was shipped. I received zero response through any of these channels.

It’s extremely disappointing that such a basic request is ignored. Terrible customer service.
