This company steals images from sites like Pajamagrams, takes a month to deliver your order, and what they deliver is a cheap knock off.

I placed an order on 11/7, heard nothing for weeks, followed up on 11/23 and tried to cancel - which they would not let me do - being unsure if anything would ever arrive I went to Amazon. I found the exact same image that MyComfyPajamas was using. I placed the order on Amazon and received a Pajamagrams product. When the MyComfyPajamas product finally came, the difference in the quality was laughable. I would not put the MyComfyPajamas clothes on my kids. They're so low quality.
I asked for a full refund (since it's literally false advertising) and the told me they could only give me a 20% refund.
I posted on BBB, too. It's definitely not about the $90 I spent - it's the principle. This is deplorable.

The order took over a week to ship and even though I paid for expedited shipping they still said it was going to take 10-15 business days. Trying to talk to someone in customer service was nonexistent especially once I said I was going to cancel my order. They just sent the items even after I said I wanted to cancel the order. Do NOT order from this company is my recommendation!!!

A number of issues make this a terrible company to do business with. Delivery took way longer than what I paid for (I did pay for shipping). Upon receipt of the purchase, pajamas did not match and quality was horrible. A return was requested and I was told I would incur all shipping charges to a personal address in China (more than the original cost of the item). None of these policies are available on the website.

Product advertised as good quality cotton pajamas- I received thin, poor quality, cheap polyester pajamas. I wrote to company to try to return- customer service nonexistent
Save yourself the money and the frustration, do not buy

Incredibly frustrating experience, lied to about products and the forced to keep product or pay for shipping TO CHINA for return.

We ordered a family set, for our family of 4. The baby set was a complete mismatch. I sent photos to show the discrepancy and they wrote back that it was "indeed the correct one". The infuriated me and caused the whole situation to get even worse, then when I sent them another picture showing that it did not indeed match, they said the only solution would be to give keep the items for a 20% return or pay to ship it back... to China.

No thanks. False advertising & rude experience. Steer clear of this company.

Totally FALSE advertising. They state 80 % cotton, 20% polyester , thick , wash and wear well. NOT. They are 100% polyester , small sized, thin, poorly made from China. Took 3 weeks to get my order. Very disappointing and impossible to return and get a refund. Do NOT buy. False reviews on their website and no where disclose that shipped from China

The return policy on the website is completely false! I have tried to exchange a size as one of the baby sizes was too big. I got the run around for days. The company no longer accept returns so be aware. A customer support person indicated they would give me a credit. They then required a picture of the item they mailed and now are unresponsive. Stay away!

I'd give zero stars if possible. This is the worst company ever! Do not buy from them!! Purchased in December, received product. Bad quality and sizes are not correct. Returned product to China, no refund, then I get my package back 8 months later.

BEWARE! This is a switch and bait company! They advertise half the price but when you go to order, it is double. I wrote them and we traded at least 4-5 emails. First, they thought I wasn’t adding in shipping prices. I replied that wasn’t the case. Then they asked me to send screen shots, which I did. And at the end of the day all they did was apologize and didn’t offer any correction or discount. I told them I wouldn’t be ordering 10 pairs of pj’s and they were apathetic. Total waste of time for me. If this is the way customers are treated, so glad I didn’t order.

Do not order from this fake company. It is not made in the USA, but China. The slippers I received after 3 weeks were not the right size, in fact look to be men’s large. I made a complaint with PayPal about not having received it but now that I have will be lodging another complaint as they aren’t the right size. Don’t buy from this company. They go by the names my comfy pajamas, comfy garden clogs , shipped from NY, but made in China. 38.00 for a crap 10.00 pair of men’s huge slippers.

I just read a lot of reviews about this fake company, first of all, God bless all of you that got scammed , because it is also happened to me. 3 weeks ago I ordered 2 pair of pajamas for a friend's Birthday present. I had them shipped to her address. She still hasn't gotten her package and her BD was the 15th. I've emailed them 5 times and 2 times a robot answered my question and complaint. I feel terrible, I only wanted my friend to have a silky set of pajamas because she dosen't have much money and I wanted to do something for her. And now this horrible fake company is ripping people off and getting away with it. I am getting in touch with my CC company for a refund. And I've prayed every day that my friend will get her gift and she'll like it, and I've prayed that the fake company will get caught and close for good. There's power in prayer!! God bless you all.

Didn't deliver an item I paid for 2 things and I only got 1
Cannot find a proper email address or a phone number to contact them.

1 star is too much for this company. Do not order anything… I placed an order and paid an additional fee for expedited shipping only to find out the company is in China not California which is listed on the site. Nearly 1 month later I received my order. When I sent an email to cancel my order I never heard back. This is a bogus company which explains why you cannot find reviews on their products

Sadly, I did not check this website prior to ordering. I did check where it would come from, which said Nevada. Unfortunately, it is from China.
To my surprise, the tracking indicated that it was cleared for shipment in Canada. I sent an email asking about the delay of my order, and I received no response. Now I knew I’d made a mistake ordering from my Comfy Pajamas.
My order arrived today. It is not what I ordered. They acknowledged this and included a letter. The letter explained the item I ordered was out of stock, and to avoid further delay, they’d sent an upgraded item and a small gift. The gift was a pair of white ankle socks.
Nice touch, however I would have preferred a refund as I absolutely hate what they sent.
The item seems to be well made though, but remember they said it was an upgrade.
The package was postmarked NewYork, and is apparently from China via Australia?
Please pause before ordering from this company.

I would never recommend buying anything from MY COMFY PAJAMA. When the order finally arrived, it was different than what I had ordered. Trying to get someone to respond is nearly impossible. I wanted to make a return and their website clearly states they will give you Shipping Label, that is not the case. I was given an address in China for the return which I am sure will cost more than the original purchase price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! One star it one to many. They do not deserve a star. This is not a real company. They will take you money and never send the order. They have no real customer service agents only a generic auto reply email. I spent $170 on clothes and now i have to dispute the charges with the bank. Basically they are a scam. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy from them.

Non responsive and unprofessional. I ordered ONE set of pajamas 3 weeks ago and they STILL haven’t even been PREPARED for shipping yet. Reprehensible practices is an absolute understatement.

Ordered for a gift and they arrived 3 1/2 weeks later and the order was completely wrong. I contacted for a refund or exchange and they told me I would have to pay for shipping back to china. I asked for them to pay for the return since they screwed up the order and was repeatedly told no. They offered me 20% back for the WRONG item but will not accept responsibility that they send the incorrect item. Customer service stinks and although the website shows they are US based, good luck getting any resolution without having to go through shipping items back to china.

They sent to to the wrong address and claim my address doesn't exist.

Horrible company. Took 6 wks to get pj for Christmas. They came late. Tried to return, would not allow offered me some mo ey back. I did not accept. I wanted all mo ey back. Not allowed.
Crap material. Much smaller than typical. These people are awful!
