I ordered a valance sheet but they sent me a duvet cover.
I have emailed them, tried their online chat facility and tried phoning but they don't respond.
Save yourself the hassle and order off a different company

Scam company! The sheets are poor quality, no labeling or anything. They sent the wrong size and are a pain in the ass to get in contact with. They do not answer the questions asked and are not wanting to accept a return and only offer a 25% discount for their mistake. Do not buy from this company, buy from Amazon!

It was not disclosed where they were coming from. Not at all happy with product. Do not order from this company

I still have not received my package. Communication regarding shipping etc has not been received.

Wrong color
I ordered Burgundy, got red.
The stripes run side to side, should be up and down (Queen size). The fabric feels cheap.

I want to return the item and contacted the company within the 30 day return period to credit my credit card, but have received no response.
I believe this may be a scam website.

I've been waiting almost two weeks for these sheets. We leave in our RV in 3 days and I'm still waiting. Shipped 10/28 and still no tracking info. If I knew they were going to take this long I would not have ordered.

Love your sheets -- quality product for reasonable price. Wish delivery time was quicker, but it's not bad considering where they ship from.

Product was as described. Delivery was slightly delayed, but communication was good, and once shipped delivery was prompt. Would buy from again!

The burgundy color of the bed skirt is too clear. I want a darker burgundy color. I do not like the item and want to return it for a refund. I have requested instructions for a refund 4 times without success. Review of the refund policy states that SGI Beddings does not accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered, OPENED, of if the products have been used washed. Buyer beware. Read any refund policy before purchasing. Now I am stuck with an item I don't want.

Straight in black
Ruffled in plum
3 Tier Ruffled in brown.

Unexpectedly the 3 tier brown is my favorite.

I ordered these to coordinate in a room in our AirBnb. The color looks different in person than online and does not go with the rest of the room. I have been trying for nearly 2 weeks to get authorization to send these back and to get credited for our purchase....to no avail. I truly feel that you are 'ghosting' us! I am quite upset at this and am still hoping that someone will contact us to do the return. October 17th and still no satisfaction! Have not heard from this compny to do my return :(

Had problems with delivery very good communication but the duvet cover although turned looked amazing was actually poor quality and my wife throw it in the bin because fevers were coming out no refund because it went in the bin where it belongs if u want decent bedding go to dunelm

How often do you get exactly what is described exactly when it was expected to arrive? Bed skirt was so easy to put on, stays in place, looks like it will last, colour is really nice and true as described on site, I went a bold red for a pop of colour, the material is quite pretty with a soft sheen and lots of folds. It looks really lovely. Do not settle for cheap imitations, in this case you get what you pay for. I measured carefully and the 12" was perfect. I am in Canada and paid US $ but still worth it.

The 84" diameter came up short when fitting the sheet to the round mattress. The elastic band did not tuck under around the entire mattress. Sheet was washed in cold water and tumble dried on delicate low heat cycle.

Quality is very nice and the colors are better in person. I love my quilt.

Really bad quality and not worth the price.
Bedsheet faded after first wash and look lifeless.
i bought 300 TC bedsheet and it worse than 210 TC bedsheet by other companies.
Only thing premium about these bedsheets is pictures and price.
