It didn't fit at all.
Then when trying to return all you would do was 40% off next purchase.
Because I had them for more then 14 day from shipping.
They were Christmas gift and had to wait for husband to open them and reach right out when they didn't fit. Would think with the Hoilday shopping season the return would have a longer grace period.
Pant were made very different from any pants I have order before. Very long inside between legs seam. So if you put waste line where they should naturally fall.Your inside seam between legs .was down halfway to your knees.

I ordered a jacket for my husband on December 8th I received messages that it had finished production and passed quality checks. However I did not receive a tracking number. When I reached out the company said my item is still in production. I believe this is not a legitimate company and I am probably out of my money and will not receive my jacket. Please be aware and do not purchase from this "company"

I want a refund. It’s not a bomber jacket. Lied about the description. It’s a T-shirt with a collar. Thin material. I think polyester fabric. Made the purchase and never received a tracking number until I requested my 2nd jacket. I placed my order November 20 2024. It is January 3, 2025. Received an email stating I need to wait until January 14 to receive my second jacket.

My package is still not here. It was supposed to show up and has been delayed two times. I asked for the tracking and it's all gibberish with no specific location. If I don't see my package by this next date I will never buy again and I will warn people it's a scam, thank you. Edit: it showed up two days before what they said. Material seems to be cheap but I basically paid for the design. One things I'd figure out is how to ACTUALLY track the package otherwise thank you very much for you business I will more than likely buy again!

Loved the item but the delivery took way to long.

I feel like this item was misrepresented and a waste of my money.

You people are worthless. Tired of your excuses. Please send me my jacket l ordered a month and a half ago on October 25th. After investigating l learned you guys are a fraud. If you have ever considered ordering from this site please don't you will never receive what you

Great jacket- American size for sure. Got a 5x because I thought it would be too small- it was totally American size- it’s too big. Love the jacket though. I slightly customize and serivicr did a great job. Like to get a 4xl, I love it

Received quickly great design and fit was gift for 92 year old dad he loved it and gets lots of compliments he’s proud to say it’s custom made

Still haven't received my item

Not only are the clothes great fabric you said that you was going to ship on time and you did you are all around five stars and when I get more money I'm definitely going to be buying more clothes from you in the future

First order was not delivered. Second order came in in the wrong size and the wrong color. Asked for them to correct it or refund us. They did not correct it. Please do not order form them. IF you get your product, it will be wrong. Even then, they will refuse to provide the product you paid for. Dishonest and deceitful practices.

Where is my order placed on 9/28/24.
I ordered a Otani jersey paid $15 shipping. My order has not shown up.
