Process and delivery was excellent.
Order was processed and delivered very promptly. Floor lamp was sent in 2 parcels - both lamp and shade were packed expertly, plenty of wrapping, nothing was in danger of moving or being damaged, excellent job. Lamp was just as on website and is beautiful.

Nice products, good customer service.
I ordered 4 light fittings, 3 of which arrived fine, but one arrived with five broken crystal droplets. This was only discovered after my fitter had installed the light fitting. I informed Comet Customer Services and an arrangement was made to have replacement droplets sent to me from the supplier. I received these with a couple of days. I'm happy with the service I received and the light fittings I purchased.

Great Lamp and great service
I ordered the Albia oak floor lamp and it arrived the following day! A lovely heavy floor lamp that looks just like the advert photos. Very well packaged and coupled with a fast delivery. I would thoroughly recommend buying from Comet Lighting.

Great value and quality!
I’ve been looking for this type of shade on some of the ‘designer’ sites for ages but couldn’t justify the price. Then by chance I came across the Aartin lampshade on Comet Lighting. I’m so please with the overall look and quality. Delivery was fast and the communication excellent. I would definitely recommend.
