I always receive exceptional customer service from Colorlites Ltd. They answered my query very quickly providing me with all the information I needed. I have also had the pleasure of speaking with an amazing lady named Samantha who really went above and beyond to help me with my issue. She really is exceptional and a true credit to the company. I am very happy to have found my trusted supplier, their products are of beautiful quality and their customer service is second to none.

Unfortunately, we’ve experienced repeated issues with missing items in our deliveries, and incorrect items being sent has also become a regular problem. This has disrupted our workflow and caused unnecessary delays. While the quality of the products is generally good, the lack of attention to order accuracy is disappointing. Reliable fulfilment and better quality control are really needed.

Everything is good, highly recommended!

After waiting 6 weeks for our customised order, Colorlites sent it to the wrong address, so APC were unable to deliver it today.

Customer service at the moment is non existent which is a pity as they were so great for so many years. Their telephone number is unmanned, and their live chat isn't 'live'.

They have also 'paused' offering customised (coloured) bottles which is ironic as isn't that their business? What this means is you will always be worried as a business to use them as a reliable supplier if your product is coloured. One day they offer to supply, next day no.

The service provided was very good and the reed diffuser bottles I ordered are standard (good quality). The reason the review is only 3* is that the caps are unnecessarily embellished and, to me, less attractive than the simpler version I have ordered elsewhere before.

I’ve got screenshots of their ‘live chat’ where I’ve received a reply 3 hrs later.

I initially made an order and didn’t realise the lids don’t come with the bottles, it’s fine. That’s my fault.
I contacted the company whose phone line also doesn’t work.
They replied 3 hrs later on “live chat” - doesn’t seem live to me.
I have since not had a reply to my email I sent before the live chat and have since noticed one the bottles is broken. I have therefore requested a return and refund and I’m waiting on how to do this.
Despite this company replies on trustpilot - their customer service is terrible and does not help the end user at all.

I’ve been making candles for 3 years for my small hobbie/business and was just comparing and searching for new candle jar prices and came across Colorlites Ltd, I was really impressed with the prices and at first thought these prices are too good to be true! and was hesitant to order but once checking the reviews I went back and placed a large order, they arrived really quickly and I was updated on travel delivery, I make beeswax candles use all eco friendly packaging so when they arrived it was really lovely to see they were great quality jars and were safely and securely pack with eco friendly packaging too with no damages. I’m really happy I’ve found this company and will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank You

Can't comment on the product quality because it hasn't shown up yet despite postage being OTT. But customer service is terrible. Answer phone message constantly telling me someone will return my call...no one ever does. Email sent..message back saying they've seen it and someone will get back to me...guess what..no one has. Ordered a few sample products but won't be making a larger order. Lots of other choices out there who will keep you informed, that's all I ask.

Follow up to your reply. I have called several times and left messages, you promised to call me back. Still nothing. No reply via emails I have sent. Please don't think you are fooling anyone with your very poor customer service by replying on here. Answer the phone or reply to emails. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I don't believe you take complaints seriously at all. Your products may be out of this world but not much use if you don't send them out. Rubbish service, beware of this company it's not as it seems.

The diffuser bottles are of high quality and very quick delivery. Very pleased

What made my experience great? excellent product, exactly as described, delivered quickly, very well packaged. I have had no end of issues with container providers but my first order is perfect and I will 100% be ordering again. So so happy to have found what appears to be a reliable supplier finally

I ordered a load of candle jars and small essential oil bottles. I'm a small business so can't always afford the mega wholesale bulk prices (and amounts!!). The jars were reasonably priced and good quality.bthey were packaged well and they arrived within a couple of days of ordering. My new go to
