Horrible company. Insane overcharge above the actual prices. Couldn’t book my original time they said that the time slot was no longer available and then gave me options to change the time but did not mention at all the date was changing. Essentially trying to trick you into booking a time on a completely different date. Meaning the tickets were unusable as I was leaving time before the rescheduled date.

Scam. Sales ticket the price of x3 and no refund

Although we didn’t receive the tickets we purchased, they notified us by email and refunded the full amount.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. terrible experience when purchasing Colosseum tickets. Tickets they emailed weren't actually tickets!!!! I had a nightmare trying to get into venue. Disgrace. Absolutely cowboys!

We bestelden via Rome tickets 4 tickets voor het Colloseum, Palatijn en Pantheon in een pakket op 20 maart 2026. Na enkele weken geen enkel bericht ontvangen. Meerdere keren contact opgenomen en krijgen dan steeds te lezen:"Tickets komen er aan maar het kan even duren".
Dag voor de reis zelf maar weer contact opgenomen en kregen te lezen, zoals in veel reviews te lezen is, dat er geen kaartjes met dat tijdsslot te krijgen zijn. Daarna, OEPS er zijn geen kaartjes meer........
Zij laten dus gewoon niets meer van zich horen en op onze mail krijg je dan een onnozel OEPS. Ben benieuwd of we de betaling terugzien.
Ben gewaarschuwd: GEEN ZAKEN DOEN MET DEZE FIRMA.

This site is a scam. I bought 3 tickets. The day before the visit, they said that they had no tickets left and would reimburse. I never received my money back and commercials can it be contacted.

Unbelievable scam. Bought coliseum tickets on 6th March for 2nd April for coliseum tour. Tickets never arrived. Numerous calls and emails. They advised that an admin error had occurred and the full refund would be made within 15 days. Still have not received my money Emails go unanswered.

Awful company - it’s one big scam! I would avoid at all costs. Tickets never sent and multiple emails later I finally received a response from the company. This was days before we were due to visit. They apologised but there had been an error their end with ticket issuing. Still awaiting the refund!! My advice would be to stick to the verified retailer.

scam. realised overpricser and will never get the tickets

SCAM they charged us €40 a ticket (instead of 18 at the entrance) and were unable to go in to the colosseum due to a flight change that was out of our control and it does not count as a refundable reason

Do not buy tickets here! They do not send them! I bought Colosseum tickets from them, and they never sent them. Their support email does not accept messages, and the requests I submitted through their website have remained unanswered. I am now trying to get my money back through my bank!

If I could give this zero I would. Utter scam. No tickets. Lost money. 😪

Kann keine 5 Sterne verstehen!Wenn man sich ordentlich informiert, ist es das wirklich größte Ereignis was man besuchen kann.Wir waren begeistert, eigener Audioguide, entspannt rein(vorher Buchen),selber in die Zeit zurück kehren.Für uns war es sehr eindrucksvoll und großartig.

Biggest scam ever they tell you that they take out a service fee and instead of paying 2€ per ticket with reduced price i paid 20€, looks offical but is a complete scam

This is a scam website. Purchased the tickets thinking this is the official website at around 40 euros while minutes later they send me the tickets from the official website and it is only 18 euros. So you pay 22 euros for nothing, maybe for being stupid! Well, at least they gave you a ticket.

They charged us 40 euros for a ticket that officially cost 18€. Pay attention and do not be fooled.

I would like to share my latest experience with this page. Looks like "official" but this is just "Fake". Purchased 13.9.2025 two tickets for Colosseum for 79,90 EUR. After several urgencies received tickets and payment confirmation directly from official reseller Colosseo.it in price 36,- EUR. Just 43,90 profit for NO services added. Strategy: If you not send urgencies, you will get NO tickets at all. If you are activ and claim, they send you "some ticket", may be for another date or time. In my case it was only 15 min. difference compare purchase confirmation. Never ever make the same mistake as me and buy from them anythink.
