All good, beautiful products, great service

Miserable experience. No service at all. Did not even respond to my answers properly. Needed to report the case to PayPal, they managed then.

I wanted to restore an order but couldn’t. They refused to accept it

Computer Mat Not Functional
I purchased an item sold as a computer mat. The item has the depth of less than a computer mouse pad and the feel of same. When I placed on the floor under my computer chair and rolled the chair over it, it puckered and moved around. Essentially not fit for the purpose it was marketed for.
I paid $40 USD for the item, plus $20 shipping to purchase. In order to ship it back to Poland for a refund from my home in Central NY (USA), it will cost me an additional $27. Essentially making it financially unwise to pursue. I am stuck with an item that I have no use for.
I have learned a valuable lesson, in the future, any international purchases will be made through Amazon, whose "free returns" policy makes it less of a losing proposition for me.

Item smashed. They ignore all correspondence and do not replace or refund.

Happy with the product. Not so happy with the 30% import duties.
Site was .co.uk so initially thought it was a UK site. When invoice came through it said it would be dispatched from Poland. Naively thought they had included all charges in the price or they would have referred to this more clearly. Extra £48 charge sent through by FedEx after delivery. You live and learn, allow for these charges when considering your purchase

What went wrong is that I received a glass wall art from bay site and which arrived via UPS. The driver sped off giving me NO chance to open the outer packaging. When I did I found the glass completely shattered. I have tried for a week now to try and resolve this matter through many emails and the ebay site, all without result. ebay want photos I do not know how to upload them! Coloray only want to contact me through ebay sending flacid 'have a good day' auto messages to my email. I have got a friend to take photos, these I managed to email to Coloray and what did I get today? Yet another 'have a nice day' email we only deal via ebay. THIS IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH from either ebay or coloray. I am 75 years old and need help to resolve this matter. I now want a full refund. Anybody out there? Jennifer Latham

I was trying to place an order with this company. I originally contacted them through EBay and they very rarely reply back to messages. I saw they had a website and the prices are so much cheaper from the website and they were also offering a 15% discount however when you get to the checkout the discount doesn’t come off the total cost. I have emailed the company and tried to contact them through the web chat and no one ever replies it makes me think this company doesn’t exist.
