I love Collegia
I love Collegia. Didn't think I would ever say that about a pension company, but there you go. Been using it for a few months and so much better than others I have used. System is incredibly easy to use and intuitive, and if you do need support, it is instant and sorts it out. One of the best financial products I've used in the last year or probably more. Would actually thoroughly recommend it to anyone as a system.

First class support
It wasn't immediately easy to align my payroll provider with the Collegia input requirements as the formats were not consistent. However, I cannot fault the team who were extremely helpful in finding a solution and ensuring that auto enrolment procedures were fulfilled. I have no doubt that all will be smooth from now on.

Service is impeccable
Service is impeccable. I had a really hard case that took nearly 7 months to transfer in. yet collegia always had my back , replied very quickly even over the Xmas period, answered all my enquires. Couldn't fault them.

Some of the best customer service I have ever come across. Pensions is obviously a confusing thing if you aren't used to dealing with them but always happy to help and fix any errors we've made at our end with files and fast responses which is great when you work flexibly.
