Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Golf cart had 4 different electrical issues. Been at a service center for over a month and they Don't have a part. Customer service center is horrible. So sorry l purchased it. Don't make the same mistake l did. Warranty department is the absolute worst.

I bought the Coleman xl pro for my son’s football birthday party . It was a windy day, the centre of the dome kept inverting . On the third occasion it sheared the inside of the pole that connects to each other. Don’t get me wrong, we’re not talking force gale winds here . When I contacted Coleman’s and told them my situation, it took them 2 weeks to reply, the reply was that it shouldn’t be used when it’s windy and they weren’t prepared to replace it . As it is supposed to be a shelter I found this disappointing. I contacted them again the next day to ask them how I can get a replacement section of pole for the damaged part of the shelter .. they never came back to me. Don’t buy the xl shelter !!!

Honestly awful, bought a airbeam tent from a camping retailer. The beams collapsed, which apparently is common with their tents (but no one tells you before you take it out). Customer service appalling, I will never purchase something will Coleman on and would encourage customers to spend a but more a get better quality from another manufacturer

Avoid Coleman tents. They leak and are flimsy in comparison to other brands. I’ve tried customer services 6 times now and get a different person each time, a ‘thank you for your email’ reply but no action to even give me information about warranty. What’s the point in offering warranty if you ignore your customers. We love camping but can’t use the tent as the whole white roof failed and leaked.

Brought a pump from Coleman and lost their product specific nozzles. After some searching on line I called them up.
I got through to a stone cold lady who told me that there are no spare parts.....but I could claim on my warranty (it was not broken, so this was not going to happen)...and that was that!
Completely ridiculous that my pump has become redundant.

I still have my working Coleman lantern from over 30 years ago that still works to this day.

Their coolers are well made and durable.

Lastly, we own a Coleman18' x 48" pool that is very durable and has lasted for many years without a single tear or rip.

I called Coleman Customer Service to get some advice on an extension for my tent and was greeted by a particularly unfriendly and unhelpful lady. I tried to ask her for suggestions as they don't make one specifically but it just felt like she wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible. Just a no we don't sell that and no I don't have any suggestions. I'm quite a friendly person myself and run a company that expects their employees to be friendly and helpful. Personally I think customer service team members should have communication skills and at least try to be friendly. Oh well back to traipsing the internet then!

The ONLY reason they get a star is because it is the lowest possible rating. I bought a Coleman Go Kart KT196. The engine stopped working the next day after purchasing. I was promised they would fix the issue by replacing the engine. Two and a half months later I'm still waiting. It's been over a month since they last answered me. I would not recommend any of their go karts to anyone.

Remarkably terrible customer service. Have no idea if their products work, since what was shipped to us wasn't a tent at all. It's been a month dealing with trying to get this done. Told several times the tent is on the way, then told they can't, then told it's on the way. OK. Lemme know if you all want to get this figured out. Leaving negative reviews everywhere I can find until this gets sorted.

Oh, and your chat support is absolute garbage. The people working that are gaming your system and not helping people.

Chat support agents Myrryll Joy, Ryan Jay and Deniece Anne are some of your employees who are gaming this system. Sat waiting for a response from Deniece Anne for 30 minutes, then she disconnected, then Myrryll joined and disconnected after 3 minutes. Got Myrryl again on my 4th draw. She just disconnected me. Cool.

This was supposed to be a wedding gift, so my family, and her family and the people who gave the gift will all be weighing in on this. What the heck Coleman, get it together...

Update: Myrryl is the rudest customer service rep I've ever dealt with. She purposely tried to make me feel stupid, used all caps when she was frustrated, and just needs better training. Please look through our logs. She's arguing with me about a situation that is already resolved. You all should be embarrassed having someone like that represent you.

Bought two chairs in SA whilst doing the big lap, 8 weeks later the stitching is gone. Called Coleman and the best the can say is go back to SA. Grey Nomads beware, best to buy a brand like BCF or Anaconda

Bought this for a upcoming trip so I haven't used it a lot yet. But from the short tests I did it is great. Easy to fold, and comfortable.. nice american product!

Bought a 6 person instant tent from Coleman.This is a excellent everyday tent with plenty of room and enough height for taller people . The instant tent makes camping easy and fun and the convenience of this tent changed our camping experience for the good!
Ordering of tent and shipping through was easy and fast. product came as described with no hassle at all.
Highly commanded!

I contacted them recently to acquire repair parts for older model camp equipment.

The items I required were very, very small, and less expensive than the shipping charge, but the fine customer service rep assisted by offering free shipping which I honestly did not expect.

Now repaired, my gear is back in working order and I expect many more years of faithful service.
