You using the delivery company DHL know for their unfaithful employees!
Your policy says to deliver at the address only where DHL has the option deliver to the nearest delivery point!!!
Basically I don't have my shoes and it will take 6 working days to investigate loss of the parcel...
For me it's very clear that DHL is lying about my parcel whereabouts, all you need is to read their emails!!!
I'll never use cole haan online shop again unless they fix this problem with the delivery company!

OOS items still can be bought
Made purchase, informed after the fact that the product was out of stock. Even 2 days later the product was still on sale on the store.
I work in ECommerce and know that it is possible to update products on the website to accurately reflect stock numbers in real time

Cole Haan shoes
Fantastic service and a beautiful product, really happy with everything. the quality is epic and so comfortable, beautifully made and I’m really pleased with my purchase. but I’m as much a sucker for the box the item came in, as I use it to store the footwear but it was crushed on delivery. I know it’s just down to handling but I’m a bit OCD when it comes to the box 🫣
