Disappointed
I’ve been a loyal customer of Collared for years, but my recent order was disappointing. The bracelet arrived in an oversized FedEx envelope with almost no protection, just a thin sleeve, no invoice, no note. For a €15 delivery fee, that level of care is surprising and risks damaging the product. Just sharing this feedback out of goodwill, because as a luxury brand, Colareb can’t afford to deliver such a poor experience without harming its image.

The packaging you received, namely the flexible protective bag inside the FedEx envelope, is the same one we have been using for seven years. During this long period, we have never encountered any issues with strap damage caused by this type of packaging. It was designed to offer adequate protection and has proven effective over time.
Regarding the dimensions of the outer envelope, it is important to note that these are determined by the carrier, FedEx, and not by us. While we understand your concerns regarding the size of the envelope relative to its contents, we can assure you that the safety of your product during transport remains our priority.
Finally, we checked your previous purchases and found that your first order, the one before this one, was also shipped using the same type of packaging. This leads us to believe that, despite your recent disappointment, the level of protection has remained consistent over time.
We understand that the overall experience is crucial, and your feedback is extremely helpful in helping us continue to improve. Regarding your comment on shipping costs, we assure you that it is the best value for money you can find.

colareb ecosuede straps
I have bought five ecosuede straps, four of them 20mm, one 19mm. Despite of them being made of fantastic material what makes the wearing experience superb, it is a pain in the back fixing them to the watch. None of them can be mounted without heavily squeezing them between the lugs. And it is the same problem with 20 or 19mm. That makes changing straps rather stressfull. And yes, I have chosen the right size!
All my other colareb leather straps ( Spoletto, Venezia, Palma, Siena) do perfectly fit on any watch.
If the plan is a long time fit to a watch, I really recommend the ecosuede strap, because it wears nicely even in extreme warm temperatures. But constant changing between watches leads to damaging the part of the straps between the lugs.
