To those who read: the shipment left on April 3 and has been in Canada since yesterday April 8 (MISSISSAUGA, ON) and will probably be delivered today.
If you look at the history of the shipment, it turns out that it was stopped for 3 days in Memphis (TN) for customs operations!
So, I agree with the adjective "disgraceful" but the buyer has the wrong target, 1 star must be given to the U.S.A customs and to those who instituted these duties and did not know how to prepare and organise customs....
Then I wonder: but couldn't the buyer write to us instead of sending 1 star? What's that for? Who needs this?
We take 1 star, the buyer receives the shipment late, FedEx could not do anything: the only one that comes out of this situation unscathed is the U.S. Customs, the only one to blame.

The delivery is very fast. Within 2 days the shipment arrived. The leather straps have a very good quality and the possibility to get "short" straps is great. Please expand your selection of short straps.

Il cliente ha avuto problemi esclusivamente con FedEx, non con noi:
_ richiesta di cambio data per la consegna
_ ritardo della stessa per agitazione sindacale della sede FedEx di Modena, con tanto di blocco ai cancelli per non permettere l'uscita dei mezzi
Noi abbiamo aperto due reclami con FedEx ed abbiamo portato alla soluzione del caso.
Abbiamo tentato di spiegare al cliente e gli abbiamo inviato i documenti di prova che allegheremo anche qui.
Noi siamo totalmente estranei al problema, anzi, siamo stati determinanti nella soluzione. Per questo chiederemo a Trustpilot la rimozione immediata di questa recensione priva di qualsiasi fondamento, ingiustificata ed ingiustificabile.
Best watch strap I've ever worn!
I've wanted a Colreb since before COVID, and I FINALLY had a chance to buy one and get it shipped up to my remote Northern community.
The wait was well worth it, the brown Firenze strap I bought is by far and away the very best strap I've ever worn. It's comfortable, great quality leather that feels so wonderful to wear and just looks incredible with my black dial Hamilton Expedition. I'm so excited to see how this ages over the years, but I have no questions about its durability, it's made exceptionally well.
I only wish they made 21mm straps! I'd love to buy one for my wedding watch but it has that unfortunate lug width.
