I had an awful experience at this casino. I took one of their promotions, unfortunately play a hacksaw game. And it took my money like there was no tomorrow. Even played five times in the chance to win free spins spun it a few hundred times and no free spins triggered. What a crock. We understand the importance of fast redemptions and are actively working on expanding instant options - but in this case, the delay wasn’t due to system processing time, but rather a user decision to cancel and continue playing.
