COG Multimedia Anmeldelser

COG Multimedia has supported our company for a number of years now. They have delivered on numerous projects and also provide a reactive service. I highly recommended them. The team always responds to requests for help or changes immediately, providing effective solutions, avoiding any delay.

Great customer service honestly when things go wrong these guys are the first to call nothing is a problem,

We used COG Multimedia to revamp and create us a New company web-site, as our old one was basic and pretty old fashioned, Ryan and Richard were very helpful and we felt like they really listened to our wants and needs for our new web-site and we believe they have really nailed it with our new web-site and it was extremely well priced also.

I should also add as our business has grown, we have needed to make changes to our web-site and this hasn't been an issue for COG Multimedia at all and we've really enjoyed our experience with them so far.

I would highly recommend COG Multimedia. David, Ryan, Martin & their colleagues provide excellent assistance for any computer issues. They make everything easy to understand and resolve.

I have been a customer of Ryan and David since I first went self-employed some twenty years. They have patiently kept this, very definitely, non-technical person on the straight-and-narrow with my business computing and website needs over the years. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending them to other businesses.

Ryan, David and Martin are very helpful. COG Multimedia look after all our computers needs.

When first dealing with Ryan and the team they acted professionally to give me advice and to meet my IT needs. Subsequently, when I had an issue they responded quickly to ensure that I was up and running as soon as possible. I was very impressed as it is vital to my business.

Brill, great service by all staff.

Very helpful and polite, always willing to help and see what the problem is and to solve it.

I am so not IT minded and panic when something goes wrong and I am not sure what to do so I find these guys so helpful I love the fact I can pick up the phone and they can log onto my computer and talk me through things, I have been using them since 2023 and we have set up a monthly DD with them for support/security which gives us peace of mind...highly recommend COG Multimedia
