We had a challenging remortgage which involved a housing association. After being let down by other brokers, we came across Ryan Coles who was extremely professional, honest and reassured us from start to finish. Our caseworker was Carley who was also great and responded promptly to any questions/issues that came up. We highly recommend CoG Financial to anyone but in particular to people stuck in a difficult remortgage. Speak to the team and find out if they can help you with your situation.

As a single parent I'd given up hope of being able to buy my ex husband out of the family home. After initially speaking with Ryan, I knew within an hour that I would be able to have lend enough to do just that! After that Chloe took over my case and was great in keeping me up to date with what was needed. I have also had a life insurance quote with Shenda, this was cheaper than I currently pay. I will be looking to take that out soon. I would definitely recommend COG Financial.

Poor service they said we got the loan we paid £195 then the lender wanted more information we had sent them everything we had still no sign of getting our money back

I recently used CogFinancial Services for my latest re-mortgage. The team were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout and always kept me up to date with what was happening and what was the next step.

We had a great experience with Megan and the team recently. Being a first time buyer, I had countless questions but Megan was happy to answer all of them and guide me through the process, offering advice wherever needed. From beginning to the end, I could not fault their service.

Great customer service and support whilst switching my mortgage deal. The process was seamless and professional, and any email queries were responded to within the same day. They were the only providers able to find me a decent deal with a high street bank and I had not even started my permanent job. Would definately recommend them to anyone, they go over and above.

Liam Bickerstaff, Megan and Hannah provided amazing service with my mortgage. They are all friendly yet professional. Liam gave great financial advice, and helped to put my mind at rest with the financial decisions I was making when a different financial advisor made me feel silly for the questions I was asking.
They each answered my questions in a timely manner, and were quick to do all the things that needed to be done in order to get everything sorted in a timely manner also.
They were great at chasing up the solicitors and very thorough with keeping on top of it all.
