After reviewing ordered 2xcoellyo lipsticks @ just over £27.00 including carriage.
Received incorrect product 2xouhne which can be purchased from amazon at 1.79 each with free carriage.
Email from customer service stating sorry you received wrong items. For you to avoid international return shipping can offer partial refund of £10.82. Please reply with "accept" and they will issue this promptly.
This really is not suitable as the fault is with them not with me, i have offered to take 20.00 and give the wrong products away.
Told this can not be arranged. Please email back with "accept" and I will be £16.24 out of pocket.
Goodness knows what the 60day money back deal consists off

Actually I don’t like it, this is due to experiencing a sour and unpleasant taste on my lips and in my mouth.

Wow, I didn't know what to expect when I tried this lipstick but I was pleasantly surprised! I was worried it would turn my lips orange or a bright pink but turned out to be a soft pink. It glided on nicely and made my lips really soft and smooth. As the day went on, the color was still there but not as pink as when I first put it on and my lips were feeling a little dry. I reapplied some more to make my lips moist again. I woke up the next morning and you could still see the pink. Really a neat product!

Product absolutely brilliant didn't take long before it was delivered

Easy to order, the lipstick itself comes in a very glamourous case and feels lovely on your lips as it's very moisturising and it lasts!

I didn't give 5 stars as when ordering, wasn't aware that goods shipped from China.

The lipstick is well packaged, looks very stylish and does what it says on the tin. My natural lip colour is pale pink, but I'm getting to like the natural me!

Product delivers as promised. I've tossed all the other lipsticks taking up space in my makeup drawer. No need for those, when I can get a great natural looking color to my lips.

Well, so far the product arrived in time and I’m using it.

Be warned this is not a legit business - I placed an order six weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Every time I ask where it is I get the same bot response saying we are investigating but we cannot refund you because the tracking data shows it was shipped on 13th March. Can’t find any proper company information eg company officers or headquarters . Do not make the same mistake!

Update: since posting this review I emailed the company to give them the chance to make amends only to receive yet another automated response addressed to someone called Roz. They can’t even get my name right - because they don’t exist! It’s just an algorithm posting fake 5-star reviews on social media and taking people’s money for a product that never arrives

I’ve only had the lipstick a few days. So far so good. I was hoping it would last longer. But when I reapply, I like the luscious texture.

I also like the lipstick tube. I would really appreciate it if you would create a refill so we didn’t have to use so much disposable plastic.

The pH lipstick is fantastic! Whenever I wear it, I get compliments… it’s such a nice, natural shade of pink on me. Super flattering and nice that I don’t always have to worry about touching it up. I highly recommend!

The lipstick is fantastic! I lost a star because it always comes open in my purse. No Bueno. So I can only use it at home. Good thing it stays on a long time!

I’m from Quebec, Canada, oui je parle français … I hesitated to buy it, I was curious, but feedbacks were not great, saying mostly it was a new company. The delivery was quick and I was very pleased with that, most times, when you purchase something it takes forever.

Lipstick itself is fun. Makes a different colour each time, stays a long time. I wouldn’t say it leaves my lips moist a long time but I put some lip balm and it helps.
