other then to many products which is confusing enjoying my wallet the elastic band around the outside i find wonderful for the fuel card which works for me ... just wondering how long it will be with using the slide function before some of the magnetic stripes form cards cause problems or run amauck ./ scratch enough where they will need to be replaced.

Was originally sent the correct product but without the personalisation. Unfortunately meant I didn’t have the present for Christmas. However customer service were incredibly helpful and timely in their response and sent a new one out the next day, and let me keep the first product they sent out. The product itself is awesome and my brother loves it. I got him the MagSafe wallet in brushed black and it’s super sleek. Magnet is incredibly strong.

The ordering process was great, and I was able to order direct from your website which is how I prefer.
The shipping process was hard to navigate as it wanted me to track via the shop app. Didn’t find that app useful for tracking as it is a shopping app. I was finally sent the parcel site on my email which was great to track the shipment even though the site said it would be at my place on Sunday March 15 and your site says 3-5 business days. Lo and behold it arrived in 4 business days. So far. Am very happy with the product.

I ordered the wallet with all my correct information only for the tracking to say that it was undeliverable. Spent all day yesterday trying to get things resolved so I can get it ordered. As soon as it looked like that it was getting ready to fix I got a refund on my order making it he situation even messier than it ought to be. I'm sure the wallet is fine, I will never know as I will not order from this company again

I was charged an additional shipping charge on delivery of 13€ which I wasnt expecting. apart from that the wallet is great.

I was initially exposed to Code 118 wallets when we purchased one for our son for Christmas. I was impressed at the quality and ease of use, but thought it lacked capacity for what I needed to carry at all times. Then, with the included coupon from his wallet, I ordered one for myself. Once I really examined the reality of what I "needed" to carry at all times, I realized I could easily minimize my carry and use the Code 118 wallet. Now I have been carrying it for three months and I can honestly say I will never go back to the George Costanza/megaladon leather wallet. The comfort, quality and ease of deployment (not to mention the cool factor of popping up your cards with a trigger) make for the best EDC wallet experience I have had.

After an initial disappointment - wallet order did not arrive in time for a christmas gift -- after 2 months of waiting (the order was never located) -- the problem was rectified and I felt that I was a valued customer

Wallet is great. The accessories are a waste. Beware that most of them take away the MagSafe option. Specifically the backplate and stash tray.

This wallet is perfect for me. It holds 7 credit cards easily. The slide button is perfect for my need to fidget with something. Never had one failure. I have had this wallet for well over a year. If I needed another wallet, I would use this again.

In addition, I am also using the tracker card. This is about the size of two credit cards stacked. I use it for my luggage or laptop backpack. I see it on my Find My app. It is accurate and rechargeable.

Love this wallet. Love the design, it’s so minimalist and always a talking point with friends. I love the fact it’s modular and you can add lots of accessories to make your wallet individual to you. Highly recommend this brand and it’s has a lifetime guarantee.

I like the wallets. I like the classic I got. Just not super happy with the fabric slider for the cards. Works great, Yes, however I am noticing its edges fraying a little from rubbing against the leather.

TRASH TRASH TRASH! I ordered the full package and the tracking card arrived broken. They did send a new one out which lasted about 2 weeks they crack if you look at them the wrong way. The trigger at the bottom stopped working within a month and all my cards fell out. CS told me this was normal wear and tear so basically, I wasted my MONEY. This is not normal wear and tear I take care of my stuff epically at this price point. The trigger breaking is a manufacturer issue not a wear and tear issue. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRASH. THEY CAN TRACK THIS JUNK AT THE LANDFILL.

Update, their team reached out and once again reiterated nothing for wear and tear; what moron believes the switch breaking within a month and cards falling out is normal wear and tear; it’s manu issue!!!!!they said nothing they could do offered a 10 percent discount, why would I spend anymore money on trash they won’t honor!!!!!BEWARE!! Go with ridge they are honest and products last more than a month that’s where I will spend my money! Look at reviews there’s many unhappy people with their lack luster products and sub par CS agents.

I love the product. It was even better than I expected. In today’s world you don’t know when you order something if it’s going to be as it was advertised. I bought two of these as gifts and decided to try one for myself. And I love it.

The customer service was very professional and remedied an error on my order, in a timely manner. I also needed an explanation on how to set the tracking and a simple step by step instruction was sent, problem solved.
