The best pharmacy by far
The best pharmacy by far, quick delivery good customer service, even able to drop down a paper prescription to the offices and fulfilled it. Cannot highly recommend enough.

Terrible packaging
Terrible packaging. It arrived in a broken box and half opened. I emailed Coda to complain and also to check the amount that should be in there but no reply 3 weeks on. I will be changing provider.

Poor Packaging, No Privacy, and Low-Quality Products
My first order arrived poorly packaged, open and unsealed. The post office had to put elastic bands around it—no privacy at all. Also, the medicines were cheap generics, whereas my previous pharmacy always sent good-quality brands. Overall, very poor service. I’ll be deleting my account and using a different pharmacy.

We’re really sorry your parcel arrived open and banded by Royal Mail—that’s not the standard we aim for. While delivery handling sits with Royal Mail, we take your privacy seriously and will escalate this with their local management. We’re also reviewing our own packing and adding extra tamper-evident measures to reduce the chance of this happening again.
On the medicine point, we’d like to clarify an important misconception. Coda Pharmacy is an NHS-registered pharmacy, and we source from the same MHRA-regulated wholesalers used across UK pharmacies. “Generic” medicines are not “cheap” or lower quality, they contain the same active ingredients and must meet the same strict standards for safety, quality, and effectiveness as branded versions. If you prefer a specific brand, we can usually supply it when prescribed.
We’re keen to make this right. If you’re open to it, please contact our Patient Care team at support@codapharmacy.co.uk with your order details so we can investigate the delivery, offer a suitable remedy (replacement or refund where appropriate), and note your brand preferences for future orders.

Managing medicines just got easier!
With the best pharmacy app I have used, managing medicines has never been easier. I can always make sure my family have their orders on time and don’t have to worry as I know the team at Coda will sort everything out! Everything is a lot simpler and no journeys to the pharmacy now it arrives to our door in no time at all.
The team are always on hand to help with any queries with a huge shout out to Chris and Colin who have been fantastic help with my mum.
